The old Good Charlotte savd my life. Without them I would have never been the same.Now the new good Charlotte is a bunch of shit and their songs suck. Especially the river. Shit.

The old GC was definately better. Seeing them now hurts me and I would give anything to have them back to they way they used to be. The only people who say they're better now are those who only got into them through MTV after their second album.

I just love Good Charlotte. I think that if an anthem (upbeat songs about telling people to fuck off and leave you along) can get the adrenaline pumping and their emo songs can made me cry, then they've officially made it. Now, sure, most of my fave GC songs (Waldorf Worldwide, The Anthem, Complicated, Little Things and I Just Wanna Live) are on their first album, but that's a fluke. And as for Joel Madden and Up The Duff (Haha dad's nickname not mine!) went out, that's so wrong . . . she and Jesse McCartney should go out and leave everybody else alone . . .

I think they rock; it really isnt wether they are better now than they were then but that there older stuff showed they were young and their newer stuff shows they have grown and matured.

I think that gc's new cds are better than their old ones. They've grown and their new cds have a more vital message. I also think that most of their songs are expressed metaphorically, so you have to go deeper than just is on the outside. And i think that joel can date any1 he wants to, but im not a fan of hilary, she doesnt even write her own songs, and its obvious that shes not happy with herself. But thatz just my opinion or my perception.
