On October 16, 2001 Tom Welling took the role of the shy, handsome, Boy Next Door Clark Kent. Tom is best known for his role as Clark in the WB/CW's Smallville. In the start of season one; we join Clark's journey in trying to figure out who he is and how to deal with who he is. It's now on its eighth season and Clark is finally realizing that he's not just a Kansas farm boy, but the Man of Steel.

Tom is known for his other two roles in two blockbuster movies. Tom's first role was Charlie Baker in both Cheaper by the Dozens, staring big time actors Steve Martin and Bonnie Hunt. Tom's second big role was playing the sexy yet arrogant Nick Castle in the remake of The Fog.

Tom Welling is a very talented actor from the beginning of season one his talent keeps growing. Tom really has made us believe that he is Clark Kent. Many actors have played in movies and T.V. shows Clark Kent and Superman, but Tom by far we believe is the best Clark Kent of all. We were able to understand Clark on a whole other level.

Tom's last public appearance was in 2006 on Regis and Kelly, since then he hasn't been on anything else. We believe with talent like his Tom should be showed more. That is why Ellen we are asking you to bring Tom Welling to your show. Tom much like his character Clark Kent is shy when it comes to opening up. We believe that if anyone can get us a great Tom interview it's you. You’re a host that doesn't just talk to that person in the chair in interview them; you get on a personal level with them.
