this is wrong men should not be able to do this! she had to carry her babies in her tummy for months each! only for them to be taken of her after an argument with her boyfriend! this not healthy for the children at all
(lois's boyfriend.) read this....i cant believe these children are aloud to live with such a dangerous man to society. He should be locked up and the key thrown away. We could do with one less abuser on the streets for all our childrens safety.
this is some real crap..i went through something similar but not with all the abuse physical but mentally...the kids are the one really paying and with that the parent in the right...because of what me and my kids went through i have a 5 yo and a 6 yo with post pardom depression...it is sad what the state will put people through and spend so much money on when they know what the right thing to do is in the begginning...please help this woman as she dont seem to be in good heath as it is and needs to relax and enjoy what she so deperatly deserves
I believe she has did everything asked of her and is still being failed by the court systems in life over her children. Make the right choicea and give kids back get them away from the real abusers.
the child protection service sucks. my friend was abused by his father. they took him away and put him in foster care, the fosters of which branded his back with a hot iron and blinded him in one eye. then they sent him back to his dad. oh look more abuse. back to new fosters. bah. this is a serious case. and they have been idiots. id donate some money to help with the lawyer problem, but being a kid i aint exactly rolling in it. my sympathies insted?hope u get em back soon.sue their asses off
The welfare of the children must come first-hand in any ruling, and I am not talking about financial welfare.Children have rights to see both parents, on a regular basis.
It is wrong to separate a victim of domestic violence from her children in this way, just because she spoke out. Every human being has the right to not be abused, so why should this lady be treated any differently? Please do the right thing and return Tammy's children to her.

This person and her children suffered years of abuse by her ex husband. In the end she could take it no longer.She did what is the hardest thing for a person in this situation to do. She ran with her children to try and find safety for all of them.Her reward for this brave act, more years of abuses and torture, (yes emotional abuse is a very cruel torture indeed).This abuse caused by the very people and government officials that should be protecting her and her children.It sickens me that this should be tollerated in a country like America.If any of the press, tv stations and other media read this, then I implore you to step in. help this person and her children to get the justice they all deserve. She needs help. she asks it for herself and children AND the many others who are suffuring the abuses by the government officials.Please do something about it.PLEASE HELP THEM THEY DESERVE IT.

I am requesting that the court look carefully at the motivations Tammy had for moving her children. She was trying to prevent domestic violence. She is a loving mother and deserves another chance.
Appauling to learn, the one who is most capable of looking after children, is the one who is not. I am absolutely disgusted that a person who could beat a woman for 10 years is aloud anywhere near children.
