i have been frozen in the past without doing a thing wrong neither was i given an explination i think that its pathetic and i know that i and a lot of other people have stopped playing neopets becase your rules are riduculous! you cant trust anyone that includes TNT! the people on the boards are disgusting and because of the ammount of report happy people,this includes people with premium too also your sight is getting increasingly boreing!... i dont want the account back that you froze off me but you have to sort all these factors out because your looseing paying customers because YOU! cant do your job propperly.
