We, the residents of Parkview Oaks Civic Association, oppose rezoning case # 56-07 for the following reasons:

1. It is in conflict with the Horizon Plan
2. It does not match or conform with current neighborhooed construction and layout
3. Traffic concerns, drainage concerns, and security concerns have not been addressed.

We oppose the rezoning of the property to medium density.
