By signing, I clearly understand and support the goals of the Perkins Road Art District initiative.

The benefits to having a cultural district include but are not limited to:

-Increased occupancy in local neighborhoods.
-Promotion of property renovations/preservation in historic areas.
-Increased community jobs.
-Renovations to historic structures within the district may be eligible for state historic tax credits
-Sales of original, one-of-a-kind works of art are exempt from local and state sales tax.
