This is an idea for a game that is almost made into a complete story for a brand new Zelda game sequling Twilight Princess called
The Legend Of Zelda: The Power Of Twili
In this game Hyrule is attacked again five years after the events of Twilight Princess. Hyrule and Twili are taken over. Link still has the Master sword and some of his old items. Midna comes back and still can transform Link into a wolf. Making most of the dungeons for both of Links forms to work together. A new set of dungeons in twili itself.
and a mysterious new Sword. Even a new main enemy.

Fades in, Zelda is in her room there is a black portal floating in the center of the room, Midna is on the other side of the portal talking to Princess Zelda.
Zelda: Midna we have had peace in both of our kingdoms for seasons now, but I have had a vision I saw dark clouds above this castle and lightning shot down suddenly and the castle was flaming.
Midna: Yes, I agree I have a sense of impending doom we may be facing the destruction of both of our worlds.
Zelda: What do you believe we should do? Should we send for Link.
Midna: No if he is needed he will find his way to us
Zelda: Then what shall we do?
Midna: We wait.
The castle shakes violently and both Princesses fall over.
Zelda: What’s happening?!?!
Midna: He has come!!

In this game you can replay boss fights so after fighting the final boss you can save and there are less monsters and people ask for you too clear monsters out and that kind of stuff.

After the first three dungeons there are hyrule castle, temple of the mind temple of weather but after that I haven't come up with them.

I hope that people like the game idea I am writing this game with a lot of fan ideas from the internet trying to make it an all around good game off of what people think a new zelda should be like.
