My mother and most of my family are from Quito, Ecuador. Although Quito, as well as many of the other places listed on FIFAS ban pose a possible safety issue, I feel as you are trying to take something away from a people that has ingrained soccer within their culture. Please reconsider your ban FIFA and let the players decide where they want to play.

If they are going to ban altitude cities, then they should ban extreme temperature cities too. And then the next worldcup could not be played in South Africa! It is riddiculous and it is discriminatory. I´m from Quito , Ecuador and I´m looking forward to be in the Ecuador matches that should be played in Quito!

We are talking about sports professionals here. Are you telling me that I can never again see an international soccer game in my city (Bogota THE CAPITAL of Colombia) because these guys can't handle it?We could also say that playing in Europe during the summer gives europeans and advantage over south american teams beacuse it is way to hot for us (for those who don't know, we do not have season here and the hotter that Bogota gets ever is 22C). There should not be any soccer mathces on cities woth a weather over 28C.what do you think about that?
