Ok this isn't really a petition. Well if you think that it sucks to be in the position that I am in then sign the petition. If you think it doesn't suck to be in this position, the don't sign.Ok here's my story.

I used to live in a small, nice neighborhood where everyone in the neighborhood liked me. I had to MOVE from that nice neighborehood to a gay one. Not literally though. Ok and I didn't listen to a lot of punk then. Well after I moved I met this kid named James. We used to be like really good friends. He didn't listen to punk that much either when we first met. Well now a year later we BOTH listen to a lot of punks. HE started FIRST though listening to punk. He likes the NEW punk bands. Greenday, the used, my chemical romance, ect. I am not saying thet suck. I like them too. BUT I took an interest into early punk. Rancid, BAd Religion, The Stivs, NOFX, ect. He calls me a poser because I JUST LISTEN TO THAT~!!!! I also listen to punk, but I dont dress liek it. I only have converses and a stud belt. So now all of his punk friends wanna kick my ass because they say I am a poser. They think that being punk is all about clothes but it aint. PUNK is an attitude. MY LIFE SUCKS>

I think that anyone who tells you what isn't and what is punk... isn't punk at all, my definition... punk is living by your own set of rules or no rules at all and if they tell yuo other wise then, god can fuck them up their pussy holes. u shouldn't let people tell u what you are to wear based one what music you like... thats plain obnoxious and ridiculous

The Sex Pistols started nothing except hype. They had no talent and only got famous due to 'Shock Value' and they were manufactured just like any other boy band that focuses more on image than talent. take your sob story somewhere else. also if they are going to beat the **** out of you, then you probably deserve it if you cant fight back. fighting off 4 or 5 people is not very hard, if you know what to do. give em a few sweeping kicks, aim for the head and the balls, take them out quickly. if you get cornered, flail the FUCK out of them with all 4 limbs. fighting a 1 on 5 fight is easy if you can make them overconfident. theres my 2 cents. if you are ntoo scared, then dont bother, just let them **** you over.

...my young punk friend, that punk ISN'T about the clothes you wear or the bands you listen to. i guess it matters when you're still in high school or whatever, but in the real world, studded belts and the like don't mean SHIT. punk is a way of life. do what you want. dress how you want. listen to what you want. think the way you want to think--**** all the *****es telling you what bands are punk or what bands to listen to. **** the *****es who tell you how you should dress. **** all the *****es who signed on here telling you to become goth, what the **** do they know? i love how everyone's an authority on who's a poser and who's not. tell all those people to **** off and just do you.
