Earlier this year, The CPSC has imposed unjust and unfair regulations on the purchase and use of pyrotechnic chemicals, By doing so, they have crippled the United states pyrotechnic community and terribly hindered our access to pyrotechnic chemicals and accessories. The point of this petition is to overturn these un-constitutional changes to the regulations regaurding pyrotechnic chemical sales in the united states.

Removing the rights of the many to improve the safety of the few is just silly. These chemicals can be "dangerous" if mishandled. This is also true of cars, boats, ready-to-assemble furniture, most cookware, and light fixtures. Perhaps we should be removing the right to sell these items as well?

The decrease in quality chemicals will only lead to more dangerous refining techniques and puts people at more risk than the refined chems themselves.

The restriction of Low Exposive chemicals will only force a hobbiest to practice High Explosives.

Pushing restrictions on chemicals will only lead to a situation like prohibition lead to.
