RODNEY IS BEING HELD IN THE SUMTER COUNTY JAIL DUE TO STATEMENTS AND ACCUSATIONS. HE WAS RELEASED ON BOND AND DUE TO THE ARREST IN LAKE COUNTY, HE HAS BEEN CLASIFIED AS BEING A THREAT/DANGER TO OUR GROVELAND/LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY. WE ARE ASKING FOR SIGNATURES ON THIS PETITION TO VERIFY THAT RODNEY/BUTCH KEMP IS KNOWN IN THE COMMUNITY AND HE IS NO RISK TO COMMIT DANGER TO SOMEONE OR SOMETHING. WE WOULD ALL LIKE TO SEE RODNEY RELEASED BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY UNTIL TIME FOR HIS TRIAL.
