I support this petition. Your country was friend from the Taliban by a mostly Christian nation. You promised to support religious freedom. Save Mr. Rahman!!!
I support this petition and demand the Afghani government release Mr. Rahman. Our Warriors bled to give you freedom. You are spitting on their sacrifice with this barbaric pursuit. What are you afraid of?
I support this petition. This man survived the regime of the Taliban only to face the possibility of death by the newly established democracy. If this happens the people of Afghanistan can no longer claim that the crimes of their government are not their fault as they were repressed. This is their government, and I will not be able to consider them one of our allies if this type of persecution is allowed to continue.
All major religions of the world have progressed from 7th Century zealotry, except for Islam. If the world is to accept Islam in the 21st Century, then Islam MUST eschew its violent behavior and hateful actions against those that choose to believe differently. Otherwise Islam is nothing more than a cult that refuses to be seen in the objective light of reasonable thinking and tolerant conduct demonstrated by the majority of the people of the world except for Islam, tyrants and authoritarian despots.
I support this petition. All peoples should be free from fear of death for their beliefs.
My prayers are with Mr. Rahman, and the Good Lord is with him as well. Though I do not know His plan, shame on me if I do not at least get involved.
I support this petition. If Afghanistan wants to be considered a part of the free world, then it must respect the freedom of conscience of its citizens.
The State should not dictate what should be the Free Will of the Individual. If not, the State is guilty of being an idol, putting itself above G_d in matters that are patently only between an individual and his G_d.
