I support this petition. Ireland always has and always will be Ireland, every part of it, including the 6 counties currently occupied by the brits. They are not wanted here. We are loyal to Ireland, and always will be, NEVER will we be loyal to britain. \'Ireland unfree shall never be at peace\' (Padraig Pearse)

There was a united Ireland when the whole of Ireland was part of the United Kingdom! It\'s only since most of Ireland decided to leave the United Kingdom that Ireland (and the British Isles in general) have not been united. Ireland should not only rejoin, it should never have left! So called \"Irish nationalists\" really just separatist traitors, are responsible for Ireland not being united for the last 85+ years and for the UK missing 26 of its counties!

I am English, and have just returned from the most wonderful holiday in Ireland. The people are very friendly and the countryside magnificent. I hope to see Ireland unified one day. It is a fantastic country.

Ireland was never England. Ireland is distinct and seperate in its culture. There is a difference between pro-establishment violence (imperial oppression) and the love a person has for his/her country. Throughout history Irishmen and women have struggled to be given back their lives, and if you think it's over, you're mistaken. May this historical wrong be righted.

Sadly this is not a nation-sponsored referendum. Though it may happen some day. There is nothing wrong with a man wanting his country, and wanting to ensure that it is looked after and under the protection of its people, not by a foreign power. We never asked for it, it was forced on us by invasion. Every person, Roman Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Greek Orthodox, every religion, anyone who considers themselves Irish deserve to have the right to want their country, owned by Irishmen, governed by Irishmen, loved by Irishmen.

I AM IRISH, AND I AM PROTESTANT! There were many IRISH heros who were both, such as Wolfe Tone, William Smith O'Brien, even Charles Stuart Parnell. These men were UNITED IRISHMEN who sought after a UNITED IRELAND where catholics and prodestants would be equal and FREE. Why do we have to bring religion into it when it has absolutely nothing to do with it?! The only reason we use religion is to make God be on our side. He must look down from heaven with sadness looking at His children using His name against each other. I desire that one day yes MY island would be ONE, IRISH CATHOLICS AND IRISH PRODESTANTS standing UNITED together.
