make every vote count. it is time the people are heard. also it is time to get rid of the electorial college system and let the votes of the people win elections!!!
We want the secretaries of state of Ohio and Florida to authorize revotes in the 2004 presidential election. This time we want a fair and impartial voter count.
Are we really going to let these evil bastards get away with it a second time? Not in MY country! The only sensible solution to this debacle is a a fair and transparent revote.
We the signatories, in order to form a more perfect and just union, demand that a presidential re-vote be performed in Ohio and Florida. This is OUR United States, it dows not belong to corporations, secret society's or the bourgois elite.
In the interest of a fair accounting of all votes it is only right that a revote be held to offset the tampering that has been brought forward against the November Election.
What kind of country do we live in that doesn't care if all the votes are counted properly? That's not a democracy or representative government. The founders of this country came here to escape the abuses of the wealth & privileged elitists few to have open free government of the people, by the people, for the people.
We should always strive for honest representive elected officals. How will we know if the vote was correct if we don't have anyway to verify the vote by hand recount of all the paper and electronic ballots.
Thirty three years ago as a member of the first wave of our ALL VOLUNTEER military, I joined the U S Navy. In doing so I also took an oath to protect & defend the United States & our Constitution from ALL enemies BOTH foriegn & DOMESTIC. I believe that there were those in this current presidents enterauge who have hi-jacked the Constitution, by rigging the presidential elections held on 02 November 2004. I am asking that action be taken to halt & prevent this coup de tau from going any further. Though I have long since left the military, however I Never took another oath that discharged me from my duties & obligations to honore that oath of long ago. I will not remain quietly idle while 228 years of freedonm liberty are done away with by the recent fraudulent elections.
If you have nothing to hide, go before a grand jury and swear on the bible that you know of no fraud committed in this election. And then when you can't do that without perjuring yourself, you must have a revote because this is another illegitimate presidency and you know it.
Election 2004, on the heels of Election 2000, was a total disgrace based on viewing the lines and hearing the horror stories about voting machines and attempts to sabotage the vote.
If we are fighting in Iraq for a democratic Iraq, then we should do the same thing here. Bush stole the election with the help of Taft and Blackwell here in Ohio, they have ruined my state enough...REVOTE
A revote with paper ballots, without harassment & intimidation before, or partisan management before/during/afterthe vote, is necessary in both Florida and Ohio to restore the public's confidence in the electoral system.
Morallity comes in many forms. It's disgusting that the American people bought into the supposed morality issue. it's pathetic when people wrap themselves in flag and religion when neither holds true for Bush and his cronnies. They are the most corrupt and inhumane of leaders, not far from Hussein himself. Just look at the attrocities they sanctioned in the prisoner abuse. Freedom? We'll lose it if we have four more years of this corrupt bunch of hypocrites.
A revote without pro-Republican companies counting the votes and without voter suppression. Give people the day off from work to go vote, if you can't supply enough materials to allow voting in a timely manner.

Ohio and Florida were bastions of fraud and irregularities in the 2004 elections. Let's learn from our friends in the Ukraine and have a fair vote (for the first time since 2000.)
I can't believe this is an issue. Of course, there should be a re-vote in all states in question. If the Republican party is so sure of their win, then they will just win again, if there are truly voter fraud, intimidation or voting machine discreptions all Americans should band together to see that these problems are not allowed to undermine a democracy.
George Bush didn't get duly elected in 2000, and certainly not in 2004. We need a revote, WITHOUT Republican owned machines, thank you. Good old fashioned paper ballots, and a very PUBLIC, WATCHED counting of those ballots is necessary to assure accuracy. Even with no computer "glitches" the disenfranchisement of minority voters is similar enough to tacktics used throughout the South in the 1950's and 60's to justify a revote in these states.
