This last election is yet another outright slap in the face to all Americans who believe in the Right to Ethical Standards for all citizens. Please stand up for your Rights and Voice your concerns.
The Ohio Secretary of State constantly tried to throw up road blocks(ie. the requirement for 80pound paper stock needed for registraion cards when state forms were on 60 pound stock and the provisional ballot rules he enforced to an extent that hassled eligible voters) to keep a targeted group of voters from having their votes count. We personally heard from those requiring absentee ballots that while they had applied for them several months in advance still hadn't received them on 14October when we were in Columbus trying to assure a good turnout from low income neighborhoods.
In a democracy every citizen has a right to register, vote and have that vote counted!! I find it very tragic that we are telling the world we are a democracy and yet we have citizens whose votes are not counted or tampered with or they are intimidated so they are afraid to vote!
Please contest and demand reform in the electoral college vote on January 6th. Maybe even eliminate the electoral college system entirely and just have the popular vote. We need to standardize the voting systems throughout the country and ensure that every voting machine has a paper trail.
Our vote needs to be transparent...it is not. Count every vote. Stand up for democracy. This is a non-partisan issue. Do it NOW. Sincerely,

We must preserve our democracy which Bush is destroying. OUr rights as voting citizens our being taken away. Jefferson said that each generation has the right of rebellion. Let us rebel and create a new union.
Voting irregularities, voter suppression, and fraud has made this presidential election a farse. We, as Americans, cannot abide by our leaders if we cannot believe our election results!!!
Corporations and the rich are currently the ruling class. If you don't allow every citizen their right to vote and count those votes, you might as well just appoint a king.
The Congress and the House must return to representing the people.
The radical right has fraudulently seized power again and made a mockery of our democracy. This is downright scary. Hackproof voting machines with paper trails are a must.
Someone in power MUST be held accountable for these CRIMES!!!! This is only the beginning of a great social divide. It will only stop when the people of this once great nation put a stop to it forcefully... and now is the time before it gets very ugly!!!!
It's not about changing the outcome (unless that's the result of a legitimate recount) it's about not letting ANYONE, regardless of party, mess with our most fundamental right.
Wendy's and Outback Steakhouses will not get a penny of our money in any state we travel to if you do not demand a revote for the 2004 Presidential Election.

We are the greatest nation on earth. We are the strongest supporters of democracy and of having a free world. It is embarrasing to have such election problems in our country. Let us stand up for fixing them. All Americans deserve to have their vote count.
This election must be contested! We need at least one Senator to stand up with the Representatives already committed and contest the Presidential election of 2004. It is clear that in Florida and Ohio there were so many discrepancies that this election cannot be certified as it now stands. I will definitely boycott Wendy's and outback Steak house restaurants unless a revote is authorized by the secretaries of state of Florida and Ohio.
Please honor the American voters and recount the votes cast in the last election. No one really believes that so many mistakes could be made and affect only one candidate and not the other!
If the We The People can't trust the system to accurately count and verify our votes, which should not be any more technologically challenging than making an ATM deposit, our democracy is over...done...kaput!
If election results are not credible, then democracy is not credible, the government is not credible, their policies are not credible, the honest winners are suspect, etc.
Make election results credible. We need honest vote results!
