It is about time that the Secretaries of State of places like Ohio and Florida placed their non-partisan duties as guardians of the electoral process above--by a wide margin--their partisan support for one of the participants in a race the integrity of which is their primary responsibility.
Please do the right thing, and re-do this vote. Too many minorities and others were excluded from voting. We need to do as well as the Ukraine in being democratic in the true sense of the word.

Due to the obvious conflict of interest regarding both the Republican Diebold Corporation and the Republican Kenneth Blackwell, and the glaring discrepancies and inconsistencies and errors regarding the November 2nd presidential election and the fact that all of these benefited George Bush, we have no trust in the honesty and impartiality of the electoral process. As a Republican sponsor, we ask that you make it clear that you do not support a false and disingenuous voting process, and that you join us in calling for new, fair elections in Florida and Ohio.

If this nation is to retain it's liberty our elections must not be impugned. This past election was fraught with deceit and a revote is in order. Everyone must be allowed a vote, and every vote must be counted.

Our elections are supposed to be transparent. If there are problems and questions it casts doubt on the voting system. Private companies are in control of the voting process and this opens the door to fraud and abuse. To be sure a revote should be conducted.
I know of many folks who have horror stories about their voting experiences. There is NO way that the election was honest. It must be investigated! A recount is imperative at the least. Better yet, a revote.
Is it too much trouble? Is it too much expense? Isn't our democracy worth investing in? Isn't it worth saving? Isn't our freedom based on free and fair elections? The Fifteenth, Nineteenth and Twenty-Fourth Amendments to the Constitution guarantee the rights of all citizens to vote, and give Congress the power to protect these rights. We can't just all throw up our hands and say "Oh well."
We have to demand fair and free elections, now and in the future.
If the oeople of Ukraine are entitled to a revote, then America certainly should be entitled to the same.The fraud of our election was actually much worse.
If our troops are fighting, dying, being maimed and wounded for fair and free elections in Iraq let's start with America. The American people deserve fair and free elections too.
