Without honest elections, the foundations of our democracy will be further threatened. If the Ukrainians can demand an honest election, so can we. What is Blackwell hiding?
I refuse to acknowledge any man who uses fraud to achieve high office and goals of war and terrorism against an innocent populace. Bush is not my President and never will be.
Clearly the election process in Ohio was scandalous. Not only were there unexplained miscounts but large numbers of African Americans ( why are they always the ones!) simply gave up after standing in lines for 8 hours or so in precints that were ( deliberately } short of machines. This cannot happen in America...even if Blackwell is committed to handing the election to Bush. We deserve and new election in Ohio..surely we can do as well as Ukraine. PLEASE SHOW SOME COURAGE AND INTEGRITY AND CONTEST THE OHIO RESULTS
Voter suppression and Vote Fraud. Does the Bush Adminsitration really fear the American public that much? Well, truth be told. Yes. Because Democracy is of, by and for the People not of, by and for corporations (which incidently are now counting our votes)
It is our duty to the world to expose any fraud that has occured in our democratic process. If a newly created democracy like the Ukraine can do it, surely we have to.
Americans of conscience need to challenge the electoral vote count. The misallocation of voting machines (especially in Ohio), the abuse of provisional balloting in numerous states, and the refusal and/or inability to conduct the recount in an open and auditable manner in Ohio, in Florida, and in so many other key states, should be cause enough to determine the certified electors should not be seated.
There are principles here! Everyone who meets the standards should be able to vote. Everyone who votes should have their vote counted. Every vote should be verifiable. Every vote should be fairly and accurately counted. And re-counted when need be. Anything less is obstruction and abuse and fraud--matters bordering on treason if democracy is truly valued.
We MUST do the right things. Recount in Ohio and Florida. Revote if called for. Reform the election process!
If a new Democratic nation like The Ukrain can say no to fraud and have a good clean election.
We Americans can and we must reject the fraudulent 2004 Ellection and do what the Ukraineans did! Have another ellection!!

I support the right to vote. Many people were denied that right this year. With the GAO investigating the thousands of incidences of voter suppression and fraud, it is important that we wait for the outcome of the investigation before certifying the vote.
This voting cycle turned out to be an even greater mess than the debacle in Florida in 2000, affecting more states and many more voters, due to problems with ballots and machines, long lines, voter intimidation, manipulation and just plain confusion. We need an honest and complete vote if citizens are ever going to trust the process again and we also need this to unite our divided nation.
I spent all day emailing ALL senators re: Jan 6 vote confirmation and asking one of them to STAND UP! This fraud cannot go on if America is to go on. We can't have it both ways--either TRUE free elections or 3rd world type elections tht we seem to be living through right now.
