The WB (Warner Brothers) is the fastest growing network in television. Even though this is true, Richmond, Virginia, still has not been granted a construction permit from the FCC to build a local WB affiliate. ACME Communications has submitted a permit to the FCC, but they still have not given ACME permission to build a local WB station. The only way you can see SOME of the WB's shows is if you watch NBC12 (WWBT) during their overnight hours of programming at 2:30 in the morning.
The WB carries the hit television shows Seventh Heaven, Charmed, Summerland, One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls, Smallville, and Everwood, just to name a few.
