The suspension of JV and Elvis is absolutely ridiculous. They were hired to do a comedy show and have been penalized for doing just that. These are truly talented guys who make my mornings better every day. It's bad enough Imus got fired, lets not make the same mistake twice!!!!DOGHOUSE!!!!!!
I think this is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! Come on!! It was supposed to be a joke - it's all humor! It has nothing to do with being racist or vicious against any type of people. People have different types of humor, not EVERYONE has to like it. And it's not like that they were being malicious against any particular race - IT WAS COMEDY FOR GOODNESS SAKES!! If they're not doing any malicious harm against anybody (like killing someone) then I don't see the big deal - IT'S COMEDY - IT'S THEIR JOB!!! I don't even listen to JV and Elvis, but I do listen to Opie and Anthony and Nick DiPaolo. I'm the kind of guy who keeps your ratings up. You can pay attention to a bunch of crackpots who don't listen to your stations or support your sponsors, or you can pay attention to your listeners. Your call.
