I started listening years ago to Elvis and JV. They are not out to hurt anyone, they are prank calling...prank? Get it? The world is getting to be a smaller place to live, more and more of this is going to happen. People need to get a thinker skin and let things or comments roll off of it. Wake up CBS!!
CBS Radio took it too far. They didn't need to fire these guys over a prank phone call. Doing this gives special interest groups like the oca and al sharpton's crew more power over things they shouldn't have power over in the first place.JV and Elvis are NOT racist. They have said many times on their show that what they try to do is to make their listeners laugh every day, and one way is teaching us how to laugh at ourselves. This whole situation is pretty sad honestly and should not have gone this far.
I listened to them when they were here in the Bay Area for about five years. I was sad to hear they had been fired from KYLD, but was glad to find that they had another gig elsewhere. They've been doing this kind of thing since their beginning; they are NOT racist.

I'm so mad they were fired. It wasnt meant to be mean what they did, but to entertain. Im not a huge fan of the show, but would listen from time to time. If you dont like what the show is saying, switch the station! What the heck happened to free speech?

I am no longer simply upset, but now have become enraged over the recent suspension of JV and Elvis. Enough is enough, your actions are a direct threat to all that is good and right with this country and I can no longer get myself to listen to your radio station knowing that you support such fascist policies. Thanks for fueling the gradual loss of basic rights and freedom in this country. thanks to you, I soon will be forced to listen to stations such as Z-100 which provide their audience with non-witty brainless talk radio.
