Bring back Doghouse! I live in NJ and I've been listening to KROCK (freefm) for more than 15 years. Through rock music, through Stern, through the switch, through everything! This is ridiculous! FREE FM = FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
Get off the high tree and bring them back or you will lose a lot of your listeners and therefore, your advertizing money. I will switch stations for sure if they are not back.

What is wrong with you?Whatever happened to freedom? If I'm offended by something your station does, i can choose not to listen to it. I don't need you to be the arbiter of what I should here. If doghouse gets low ratings and you want to make program changes, that's fine, but give us all a break and give us credit for having a brain and being able to make our own choices.
This is just one battle in the war to save free speech. I can only hope that enough people will awaken to this truth soon so that we can begin to take it back.
I have held out for the longest time on purchasing satellite radio. I am a huge fan of FNY radio's line-up. But CBS needs to take into account who is being offended now that they are censoring themselves. I will be going to XM to listen to Opie and Anthony, and most likely JV and Elvis, because they will undoubtedly go there if they do not get back on terrestrial radio.
I am a 36 year old well to do white mother of two young kids. I live in the suburbs. I loved Howard Stern and he was forced to go to satellite. I now love the doghouse even more than Howard and I'm sick at the thought of them going away, too. C'mon CBS -- this is comedy!!!! Lighten up everyone!!
I support the reinstatement of JV and Elvis. They have provided me with immense laughter since the first day they introduced themselves to the NJ/NY listening area in Jan. 2006. After listening to them all this time, I want anyone reading this to know they are not racially motivated, and intend no hurt or harm on anyone. If anyone would listen to Elvis and JV talk about their life and previous tough times as kids and throughout their career, they would clearly understand that JV and Elvis only want to make our sometimes tedious and mundane days better through their comedy. All people, including myself, need to live life with less sensitivity, with less self righteous pride, and laugh at ourselves once in a while. We need JV and Elvis back on the air now. The only time I turn off my Siriuis sattelite is to listen to the JV and Elvis show. CBS should consider the fanbase that they will lose before pulling the plug. The lack of quality programming is already a problem. Suspending their best talent may not be the best decision if they want to compete with other means of entertainment. Doghouse, What!!

J V and Elvis are being made scapegoats in this, if anyone is responsible it is CBS since they control the dump button. If they thought it was offensive it should have been dumped, although I don't think they did any thing wrong. You need to find some sponsors with balls who don't cower to every little group who threatens to boycott etc. you better realize that there are many more of us than them.All the sponsors in the world are useless without listners. If we don't stop this tupe of thinking and persecution of people who are not hate mongers but are trying to make everyones day a little more enjoyable, this country will become like the old soviet union where people were percuted for mere words. I think it is a disgrace that this type of thing is going on while our men and women are fighting and dying daily for the cause of spreading freedom to opressed people and this is going on right here in the U.S.A. jv and elvis were wronged. Those who say they were hurt by their words weren't. Let's call their bluff and make them hurt. Every Doghouse fan get all your friends to boycott any and all Asian food for the next month. Don't order anything until each individual restaurant has proof, such as a registered letter, stating that they support the doghouse. If they can use economics as a tool, so can we. The new motto is, "If you want sushi, or the cream of some young guy", then have an oral conversation with your significant other, just don't stand there with your bakchoy in your hand thinking the only release you'll ever get is by pulling on the leash of the Doghouse.
