SB353 Is the Diane Lemire Victims Rights Act,
And this bill will make all Convicted Murders Register!!!

When I started this Bill my intentions was to have them Register and make the list available to the Public, just like the Sex Offender list.

Now I just found out that there will be no list unless, I get More letters from the Public saying to pass the Diane Lemire Victims Rights Act with a list Available to all tax payers and New Hampshire Citizens!!!!!!
Or sign this Petition.
This Bill will pass even if you don't write, but it won't make the list Available to you the Public.
And not you want to know who your Neighbor is.
Right now the Bill is in the Finance Committee.
Once it leaves there it goes to a hearing in front of the State Of New Hampshire Representatives some time this March.

i believe that the community and the people who live in it are at risk and that they have the right to know if they or their family could be in danger with todays sociaty you never know who lives next door and if your family is safe

I do believe people have the right to know who is living next to them, just like pedophiles, they have to register their address and are listed for the public to see. These people with such serious crimes should be "outed" for everyone to see.Just because they do 10- or even 20 years behind bars- does not mean they will not committ the same crime again.
