Charter Cable customers in the town of Southbury (and some other surrounding towns) cannot watch the Red Sox on NESN, as this channel is not offered in any of the basic or premier tier lineups. Satellite TV, such as Dish Network, are not viable options as most lots are heavily wooded and no clear line-of-sight is available. Because of MLB blackout rules, no other channel can cover this team (except YES when they're playing the Yankees). This is an extremely unfair situation for Red Sox fans in the area, and does not reflect well on Charter's support of its paying customers.
