I remember the first time I had Sonics! Gleaming at their menu for the first time wondering what to get! Feeling the excitement stir in my hunger filled stomach for all the fatty goodness that I will soon be enjoying!!! CHERRY-LIMEADE, GRILLED CHEESE ON TEXAS TOAST, CHEESY TOTS, MILKSHAKES, MOUTH-WATERING BURGERS......Now, those days are far behind. I no longer feel the "fast-food satisfaction" that I once felt when I proudly held a sonic burger in my hand! No!!! And why you ask..... Because I live in a place called "Michigan". A place that is unknown to Sonic. “Americas Drive-in”???? Well I live in America my friends! To advertise on a national level and not have a location in such a major part of America such as Detroit is craziness. I sit through endless Sonic commercials advertising here only to find the closest location is over 100 mile away!!! So SONIC….. I challenge you to take ownership of your designation as “Americas Drive-In” and allow ALL of AMERICA to enjoy the virtue of all that is tasty. My fellow Michiganders and anyone who craves a Sonic Burger or Cherry-Limeade and cant make it to another state to enjoy it……… this petition if for you!!!! Let’s make it happen people!!!
