Yes another petition regarding the deletion of our beloved CYOA's from the two most ****** fanfiction sites it has ever displeasure to read from. They are good websites, I'll admit, but this deletion has gone too far. CYOA's are still stories that are written by the fan(hint hint), and read by other fans. Is a "Pick-a-Path" book still a novel? Yes it is. Is a CYOA still a fanfic? YES! I just can see how you moronic fanfiction staff members can get this through your head. FF.net DELETED out stories, the stories that WE worked hard on! Such a thing is unforgivable, and action must be taken! We cannot sit back twiddling our thumbs whistling Hamtaro while CYOA's are being denied their right to be read! This is somewhat like when the black people we treated as inferior beings, when really they are human beings as well. I cannot overlook this.. this.. words cannot express what this event is. and mere words alone cannot fully express the rage I am feeling towards the two websites in question. It may be too late for FF.net, by mm.org hasn't done anything yet. We can still stop them!
I want to get at least 500 signatures! We can do this! I know we can!

I don't read very many CYOA stories nowadays, but by god, if someone went through the trouble of writing something, deleting it is just cruel! An author writes something like this to be noticed, to convey their ideas to the world, to have someone READ it! Deletion of this story is a breach of an author's rights of freedom of speech and expression, IMO. Give them back their stories and quit deleting ones that deserve to bed read!

I support this petition because CYOA's totally ROCK!! FF.net and MM.org are trippin' with the whole 'it's not real fanfiction' thing. Some enojy writing and reading CYOA's so it should be allowed.

That is just wrong, I love CYOA's, and now FanFiction and the other place wont allow theis storys, what ever happened to the freedom to just write what we want to and posting them where anyone can read them, this is just wrong of them, not only are they doing it to CYOA's but they also are getting rid of all inter active ones. Personaly, i think there should be a site where we can write any Fanfiction we want and have it be read by anyone who wants to read it. I am willing to try to make one myself if i have to.

I may not have ever had mine deleted but my favorite type of stories are self insert fics in fact thats how I found this site, they have so little of them on ff.net that I've been searching for hours in a search engine looking for them anywhere I could find them.still ff.net deleting them would explain why there aren't many there and thats just messed up

Why do people have to delete CYOAs? huh? they're good stories and when we can't read them because the site deleted them we tend to get really pissed off! Why can't you keep the CYOA stories huh? It's just plain stupid that you can't keep the stories that many people have worked hard on and then the readers can't read the story. Also if no one likes the fics duh! it's called free will you don't have to read the freakin fics BAKAS!

Why the hell did you mm.org and ff.net people have to delete CYOAs anyway?I thought these sites were devoted to fanfiction and im pretty sure CYOA is a type of fanfiction. Theres no good reason for deleting them damnit! Can't people just have a little fun once in a while? jeez.People put alot of hardwork and time into these fics. and once they finally get it done and posted its not fair to just delete them! and by putting these CYOAs in another forum is basically saying that CYOAs aren't as good as other kinds of fics and dont deserve to be put up in the real forum and thats not f***ing true at all! and if anti-CYOA people don't like the fics. heres a easy solution for them DONT READ THEM YOU BAKAS! its as simple as that! grr...so please just let them back up?

I so tottally agree with you people! CYOA's are still stories and they're fun to read! FF.net and MM.org are being unfair, stupid, and ignorant! Here's also a question: Why CYOA's in particular? What's the world got against self-insert stories?! I've had FOUR stories deleted from MM.org! And to Chii: CYOA's are stories where the readers can insert themselves as a character and choose their own path in the story. [C]hoose [Y]our [O]wn [A]dventure.

I love those stories and barely read any others....it's wrong to delete our creativity and deny our fans to suffer the loss of good fanfics...we the authors and or readers should be able to post our works in peace without having to watch behind our backs for people deleting them.Let them be free!!!!!!

Its unfare and unjust that they deleted our hard works, I Had created a user name on ff.net about week later they started to delte the Cyoa's i never signed ona again

I so agree! My friend got her CYOA deleted. I'm in a web class and when we decide to make a web page (all we ever do is do word, and exel, and powerpoint. BORING!), I'm going to try to make a CYOA page. Keyword: TRY I hope i succede! ^-^
