The main ville area is a very strict area when it comes to skateboarding, when me and my friends skate, we some times have to run from the cops, because they do not like us skating in public places, they think that if we get hurt there, were going to sew them, well there wrong, we skate because we love it, just like someone might love to play football, or golf, or even paint, do yard work, or go to the park. well what are we supposed to do about what we love, we spend day in day out thinking about skateboarding because we simply love it, we care about it, and where are we supposed carry out our love for it? where can we do what we love and not have to worry about being yelled at or chased down bye cops? well the local skaters feel like we should have a skate park, the local government spends all kinds of money on recreational facilities such as football fields, baseball fields, soccer fields etc. but i don't see any skate parks, landen park has a ton of space for a skate park, and we do not have one.
