Please stop with all of the Clana. It is bringing down the show. This show should be more focused on Clark becoming Superman. Not on his love life. We have had 5 1/2 years of Clana, please I beg of you, enough is enough already. You are going to lose many comic/superman fans by continuing to live in this childish soap opera you call a drama.
Just found out, lurking on a site that there is a 'save clana' petition going around. I am with everyone here and agree that Clana must come to an end. Not for any one shipper, just for the overall show. the ratings have gone down, clear reason number one people are not fans of Clana. lets get it over with and move clark forward in his life. him training, accepting his destiny, being a hero not some love sick puppy running around chasing lana.

I don't understand how Lana became the center of the Smallville universe. Wasn't this supposed to be about Clark and Lex? How is clark going to be anything other than screwed up if this keeps up? OH! I KNOW! It's all an alternate universe. *whew*

Kristin is a terrible actress and Lana Lang should have never been the center of this show.

Please get rid of Lana Lang! She was a supplemental character in the comic books (married to Pete Ross) and her constant presence on Smallville has made me stop watching the show. Smallville is supposed to be about Clark Kent's journey into becoming Superman, not a soap opera about Lana Lang. I want more Lex Luthor and Calrk Kent and less Lana Lang. Kill her off!

The Clana relationship is not, and has never been, healthy and/or stable. It really bothers me that this is what TPTB think of as an ideal relationship.

I started watching Smallville to see the previously untold histories of the Clark Kent and Lex Luthor. To see their until now unknown friendship, and the forces that drove transformed them into epic enemies as they grew into their iconic selves.
I did not start watching to watch the Many Loves of Lana Lang, whose super power apparently is to reduce the IQ of everyone around her by 150 points. I did not want to see Lex and Clark bicker over who loves Lana best like two toddlers fighting for a shiny toy. And I certainly did not to see their great rivalry be based on who is nailing a pretty girl with shiny hair.
Clark and Lana’s relationship has not changed in six year. The angst, self-loathing and obsessive behavior Clark exhibits every time he takes a ride on the Clana-Go-Round were not fun when he was a whiny teen, and they are even worse not that he is in his early twenties.
Fix it, change it, end it – but the same old Clark-and-Lana relationship is driving off viewers, tanking ratings, and making Ugly Betty look a whole lot better every week.
Clana has done nothing but kill ratings, so all this talk of Clana being the "heart of the show" is complete BS. Nothing good has come out of this relationship....nothing but stupid preeteen drama. If the writers/producers are smart they would terminate Clana once and for all if they wanna see another season cause as of now there is nothing appealing about this show anymore. DOWN WITH CLANA !!!

The Clana is jus exhausting. It's been going on for way TOO long. When Lana got with Lex, I thought, this is it. This is the end of the freaking Clana, but no. It seems it's back now, and I'm so sick and tired of it. Please, let Clark grown, and in order for him to do that, he needs to stop this Lana obsession once and for all.
All that needs to be said is that the Clana needs to die. Just die already. All it does it make me despise Lana even more and make Clark look less like the future Superman everyday.

Even as an ardent CLOIS fan, I can say Clana was kinda sweet during the first season, then it just became, well, sick is the only word I can come up with. Their obessions, her with his secret, him with the ideal he always had of her, is making the show really redundent.
The writers need to move on with the story, plain and simple.
I know that their are a lot of clana fans out there, but they are not the only folks that watch the show. They have to realize that people are going to get sick of the same plots going around in circles.
Smallville is supposed to be the show about Clark becoming Superman- it is NOT supposed to be about Clana. If the writers resurrect that vicious circle of Clana just ONE more time, I swear, I’m going to scream.
Clana just prevents Clark from becoming Superman. Ever since Clark and Lana have been in a relationship, Clark has shied away from becoming Superman. Lose the Clana, gain the Superman. Clana is the past.

When you think they have moved on with their lifes and everything feels fine, they bring it up again, and the same dilemma starts all over again. It's not original and it kinda feels boring at some point (alright it IS boring all the time)

Clana NEEDS TO END!! Seriously, it's been six years and we are all tired of it. Seeing Clark mope over Lana is just pathetic. Clark needs to realize his destiny and forget about Lana. What SHOULD have happened in "Labyrinth" was Clark coming to the realization that Lana is not the woman for him and that Chloe is the "girl of his dreams".
Clark and Lana have had their time together. Watching their relationship now is as exciting as watching paint dry. Returning to a Clark and Lana focus has made season six barely watchable!
I thought this show was supposed to be about Clark becoming a hero and Lex becoming a villain. But it's all about Lana becoming the center of the universe. Please stop before you ruin the Superman story forever!
Bury the Clana. The show is losing fans left and right because of the continued return to the Clana. The writing has suffered, the characterizations have suffered, and the show has strayed far, far from its potential and purpose. This show is meant to be about the evolution of Clark Kent and Lex Luthor. In order to do that, it needs to focus on those two characters as they grow and change. The Clana is more than a distraction, it is ruining what was a wonderful, creative, and insightful new take on Superman.
Just let the Clana GO! Please. We ALL know Clark and Lana will never end up together. So honestly: LET IT GO!

How sad I even have to sign a petition for this. I mean, I thought it was PAINFULLY obvious to everyone that the show is suffering from its bad writing, and the unnatural love the creators have for Lana Lang/Kristin Kreuk. But I guess, what they want from their show, and what we fans do are two totally different things. I guess I'll just go to my Superman movies for my superhero fix. It seems evident I will get nothing in that vein from Smallville.
