Last week, T-Mobile's sidekick server crashed leaving many users with data loss and service outages. This week, after many blurry, somewhat half-ass updates, T-Mobile released an update that stated that prepaid users have to refill their accounts in order to receive a 10$ credit and possible data recovery, while the T-Mobile users with a contract will receive a 100$ dollar credit along with a free month of service at NO CHARGE. Does this seem fair to you? T-mobile definitely took money from my account while it was partially functional... why should I have to pay to maybe get everything back when they're the ones who are outsourced and unreliable?
