This show is one of the best, most thought provoking shows I've seen on TV in a while. I love it, it's funny, dramatic, and insightful all at the same time. If you value your audience's intelligence, you should keep this show on the air. Just because it doesn't captivate 40 million people (how many things really do?) doesn't mean it isn't a quality show. Or maybe that's what you see wrong with it...it's actually quality programming. We all love it, and feel that you should keep it around. If this many people go to the effort to sign a petition, then I would say that there are millions more out there who also watch and LOVE this show!!!
Studio 60 is my favorite show on this network. Great acting, Smart & witty script that challenges my social, political & spritiaul values. It's really quite amusing to read the way alot of people try to appeal to you guys saying BS like your the best network ever. The fact is your not. Studio 60 is a show I would have expected to find on one of the Premium pay channels. But no it was on NBC, and now it's not. Another Blunder head move on your part....just like Jay instead of Dave. Let's see what will I be watching on NBC next.... Not Much..Maybe some sporting Events probably not much else.... most everything else you program is dull and dim witted slock... Yeah.. "America's got talent" it just doesn't show up at NBC very often and when it does well... you know.... you cancel it.
Don't cancel this show just because some people are too dumb to appreciate it. It's a gem in a sea of TV crap, and it would be a shame to give up on it. NBC, what would Grant Tinker do?
Studio 60 is a bastien of intelligent drama and comedy in a world filled with "reality" television tripe. With proper advertising and a consistent airing schedule, the show could thrive. Give Studio 60 the change it richly deserves to find it's audience. Remember, the general populace wasn't thrilled with West Wing during the first season, either.
Heroes audience is not the same as Studio 60's. (So much for a good lead in.) Obviously 6-9 million key demographics each week doesn't warrant keeping a show on these days. Or might NBC come to it's senses and realize they can't all be #1. Take the oodles you are making on low-budget reality fodder and siphon it over to Studio 60. Be a class act network who supports quality once ina while. Keep Studio 60 on the air.
I understand that networks dont put too much stock into these petitions, but the fact of the matter is this is a very well written show with alot of potential and a superb cast. I ask that you please reconsider, and that you find a way to give it a legitimate fighting chance.
I sent a full page physical letter to NBC because letters apparently receive much more weight. American Dreams was my most favorite program of all time.
Studio 60 is nearly as high. Well written, fast pace dialogue,
terrific actors that grips you to focus and not miss a single word. Any show that can make one both laugh and practically cry is a show for the ages.
I just don't know what's wrong with American viewers! I was too late to even send an email in support of American Dreams. At least I registered my voice, this time.

NBC, you are the best national network by a mile. Which says nothing good at all about your competition, because shelving Studio 60 demonstrates how absolutely worthless you are.
Please do not cancel this show! It is a fantastic show in a bad timeslot. I have to tivo it and watch it later because it's on so late. But I look forward to it the next day. Great actors, great storyline, great characters. Give this show time and a better timeslot!!

Ilove this show I haven't missed a single episode. It's my Monday Night event. Aaron Sorkin writes the best characters and dialog I've ever seen on television. I thnk the characters are excellent. I/m so glad there's finally a show on TV that has a vocabulary above the 3rd grade. I read the suffestion to put it on HBO if NBC doesn't like it...I'd subscribe to HBO to watch it. Cancelling would be a loss.
The smartest show on television and by far the best!! Don't do anything stupid by cancelling this show!! Let it build their audience by not putting it on hiatus and not telling when will it be back! Let us see the whole season AND MORE NBC!!!!
Studio 60 is easily my favourite show on TV. 5 to 1 over 2nd place. Nothing comes close. Sorkin is a genius. BTW, doesn't WB own HBO? Bring it back on HBO, if NBC is a lost cause, and I'll Subscribe.
Please keep Studio 60. It is the best show I have seen in a while and I am enjoying every single minute with this great cast and the wonderful writing. Cancelling it would be a huge mistake!!!
Studio 60 is the only comedy out now using real wit and sophisticated humor. It's not that it's not funny moreso that most of television's consumers are too slow to get it. NBC viewers should feel insulted that they are replacing it with something that's directed toward the feeble minded people that only understand violence and action shows.
Canceling Studio 60 would be a mistake equal to the one ABC made when it canceled Aaron Sorkin's "Sports Night", a show now widely regarded as one of the best shows to ever be prematurely axed. Let Sorkin develop his characters, his storylines, and let Studio 60 build an audience in a time slot that people actually watch. BTW, if you wanted to do a Sopranos knock off (which The Black Donnelys most certainly is) you should have done it three years ago. Put Studio 60 in the same arrangement you put "The West Wing" in in its early seasons, connected to Law and Order on a weekday night where it can find a mature audience who appreciates good writing.

It may be too little too late, but Studio 60 is a great show with a loyal following. I hope the hiatus won't be an excuse and at least let Sorkin cap it off without just leaving us hanging.
NBC - Please put Studio 60 in a reasonable time slot, keep it airing consistently, and it will keep building its audience. Don't follow the example of other mindless studion executives and cancel the best show on television.
Please don't drop Studio 60. The writing is amazing and the performers are a lot of fun to watch. If it'll help, I won't use my Tivo to fast forward through the commercials.
This is a great show. Please keep it on the air. My wife and I enjoy watching it every Monday night. Play around with a different schedule but don't pull the plug on it. Please!

This show rules is funny when it nees to be funny and serious when it has to, I look forward to watching this every Monday night, the episode today was hilarious with the Baby doll, it will ne sad and annoying ot see this show go, I've never seen a Sorkin show, I startted watching since day one just to see howw Mathew perry would be ithout his "friend" and it was engaging enough for me to stay, reconsider and give it a little time.
Studio 60 is finding its stride despite ridicuous scheduling by NBC. Please keep it on the air. If you give it consistent scheduling in the right time slot, it will pay you back in spades!

This is a great show. its far apart from the mainstream but not out there like several other show. it is suffering from a lousy time slot and would be a better match in the 9 o clock slot. Please do not cancel it!!!

Studo 60 is the by far the best show on tv. I actually cheered the first night it aird and have been a loyal fan from day one. I am soooo tired of game show and reality tv I could scream! What are you people thinking! Gosh a tv show with real dialog what a concept. You people at NBC are making a really big mistake. Shame on you for not giving Studio 60 a chance, shame on you.

The least you network execs can do is appreciate quality and intelligent script writting. How can you just cancel this show when this is clearly the best thing on Tv right now...Please prove me wrong that the only thing you care about is money and the whole NBC CARES series is just a pony show.

i think that nbc will be making a big mistake if they take studio 60 off the air right now. i watch it every week i know at least 5 people at work that watch it every week the ratings are out there nbc is just not looking for them.
I have seen every episode of Studio 60.
I have been a fan of nbc for many years.
Recently, I've been watching ONLY nbc shows.
I find it hard to understand how nbc has slipped to 4th or 5th place in
overall network ratings.
This is because all of the other networks do not have shows that appeal to me.
I tape shows from nbc every night. I only like drama and comedy.
I think "Hero's" is a stupid show.
I watch all the 'law and order' shows, and all comedy shows and "crossing jordan".
Studio 60 is my favorite show right now.
I understand that nbc ordered a full season of the show.
Please air the remaining episodes that have been ordered.
At least allow Sorkin to write a decent ending to this show.

please do not cancel this show. i record it to my dvr every week i dont know how it effects ratings maybe they dont count people like me in the ratings but we watch this show every week and we count the days down til the next show is on! matthew perry is so great on this show! i tink all the characters are great! please try to put it on at a different time i will watch it at any time. put it on instead of an infomercial!! put it on in place of passions! please anything as long as u dont cancel it!
