This show is great, give it a second season and it will blossom. How many shows do we know that catch our eye in the first season? Not many, it's always the 2nd season. Keep this show on! Does this petition really work?
It's hard to find really smart shows on television these days, and cancelling a show like Studio 60 shows a definite decline in the intelligence of modern media. NBC, don't make the same mistakes FOX made with shows like Firefly and Arrested Development. Show that you're a network with a brain. Save Studio 60.
This is one of the only smart shows left on television. We need the shows that try to raise the denominator instead of sinking to it. Please keep this show; it's one of the last chances I have to be entertained without having to sit through blood, explosions, and sex. The more mature audiences will thank you. I will.
PLEASE...keep this show! All of my family thinks it would win many awards for 2007, but it has it ALL for entertainment. The writing..supurb and acting incredicble! Is it just TOO GOOD for nation wide tv--with no blood or explosions?
Please, please, please save this show! It is funny, smart, poignant. I have never missed an episode and would hate to see it canceled. We need smarter shows like this vs. reality tv. Matt Perry and Bradley Whitford are amazing together. Aaron Sorkin is a genius. the christmas show....so heartwarming and current to include the hurricane Katrina issue. Please keep this show running!!

I love this show and would hate to see it canceled. I watch every week and think the show has built up momentum with every show. It would be a shame to cancel it. Please find a new time slot for it.
I would be sad to see Studio 60 go away. I was so excited when I found out that Matthew Perry AND Bradford Whitford were going to be on the same show. The super supporting cast was icing on the cake! Moving it is okay with me - just don't cancel it!
This is the best & most intelligent show on TV, and it would be a real pity to see it go. Brad Whitford & Matt Perry are two of the most talented actors ever, and Aaron Sorkin is one talented writer. If some people just don't *get* the show, fine, but a lot of us love it, and really want to see it keep airing.
Here is the only televesion show I watch, period, and it is on the verge of never being seen again. Please consider the loyal viewership you will be losing if you cancel this compelling drama.
We were promised that Studio 60 would have time. Most of Sorkins shows need a little time to settle in and to get a flow that works for them. They never fail to get better. Studio 60 deserves that chance. It really is a great show. I was hooked by the second show and only love it more the more I watch it. Give it another season. You will not regret it.
Dont cancel Americas greates tv because
A) its on too late so just move it in the schedule and voila more hits!
B) its something GOOD not reality crap
C) it just needs TIME - isnt this something NBC promised the show?

A brilliant show - a bright spot in a sea of bleak drudgery. Please give viewers a chance to catch it and get hooked as we are. I understand it's an expensive show to produce, but it's worth it - it shows! What about the dvr ratings anyway? That's how we watch it and probably a good number of watchers/potential watchers. Maybe you could promote it more???
it is mind boggling to think that u are planing on removing a show with extraordinary talent and creative writing, directing, and producing. This show ahs the potential to be great, if it isn't already
I watch a lot of TV, and this is by far the best show I watch every week. I'm tired of networks for canceling their best-quality and best-written shows by another one of these shows that will probably get huge hype and turn out to be the same thing as any other show on the air. Studio 60 is ORIGINAL. It is well written. It's enthralling. It sucks for NBC that all of the viewers that would like the show are watching some mind-numbing crap on FOX while they're recovering from whatever amazing plot twist has just happened on 24.
Don't cancel Studio 60! Don't contribute to the dumbing down of American TV and the decline of Western Civilization. This show is a bright spot in an otherwise grim sea of tripe and nonsense. It may not be a ratings juggernaut or even a perfectly put together 45 min. but I keep watching. Why? I watch and love Studio 60 for the 4 or 5 moments an episode that are more perfectly crafted and brilliantly executed that any other complete hour of progamming on television this viewer has seen in a long while. I, and many others will continue to support fine progamming such as Studio 60 as long as studios are brave enough to put them on the air and GIVE THEM A CHANCE. Thank you
I can't beleve that you are replacing such a well done show with yet another show that is based on violence. Your trailers make it look like a Sopronos rip off.
Please be smart and keep Studio 60 on.
