This is finally a show that can go on and on for years without an apparent ending like Heroes or several other new shows out there. Just because it's intelligent humor doesn't mean it's not funny. KEEP THIS SHOW!!
This is one of the greatest shows on TV. My daughter introduced me to it and I have been hooked ever since... don't cancel what hasn't been given a chance to grow. NBC you must realize that you're making a mistake?
Please save this show! I have loved it from the pilot and would be heartbroken if it were cancelled. This is an intelligent show that just needs some more time to grow. It is refreshingly different and it would be a mistake to cancel it.
A wonderful show that I tell everyone I know to watch. Try showing reruns on Bravo or something to help attract new viewers to what we already know. Studio 60 is the smartest & funniest show on television; and Americans are smart enough to recognize and enjoy such shows.
An excellent show, excellently written and executed. It deserves a summer of reruns and a second season at the very least! Quality shows will attract quality viewers, and I hope that in an industry dominated by money and ratings that still counts for something.
Please please please do not cancel studio 60. The show is so well written. It is the best show to premier in this last fall lineup. It is so funny and witty and it would be terrible to yank one of the best shows in years off of your network.
This is one of the smartest, well written and superbly executed shows television has seen in a long time. Give the viewing public credit and more time to catch on. There has to be a place where quality, intelligent programming can live. Never written a post before but begging NBC to reconsider this decision.
My family is your target audience and we love this show. The dialogue is witty and fun. There are so few dramas out there that aren't cops/lawyers/doctors we need this refreshing change. Other than Heroes, this is the NBC show we watch. Plans for more reality and game shows won't woo us back.
I watch a lot of T.V. each week, but Studio 60 is quite easily my favorite hour. Why not put it at the 10 pm slot on tuesday to complete the comedy night done right.
This is one of the few smart and funny shows left on tv. Please do not replace with another reality show, mindless sitcom or wierd sci-fi mess. I have never missed one episode and sat thru the holidays without any reruns, now may not even get to see the end of the season much less enjoy more years. PLEASE reconsider and let those of us who appreciate witty, intelligent humor and writing have something to watch as it seems there not enough of it left out there.
I love this show! I first fell in love with Mr. Sorkin's behind the scenes plot lines with Sports Night, but I always wanted more. A whole hour of the complex characters that He and his staff create. don't let this show
disappear. Please reissue it for another time slot. Another day. Try it for summer release, anything that will keep this rich story alive.
The least NBC could do is put in on a night when it is not up against CSI or something. Why couldn't it be on Tuesday, instead NBC has to show SVU & CI...a little Law & Order overkill.
Studio 60 is the smartest drama that NBC has on the air. It would be a shame for them to cancel it because it hasn't found its perfect fit in the network time slots yet.
NBC - don't keep trying to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Lots of educated people with money to spend watch good television, and this is good television. I TIVO every episode, and my wife and I watch every week. Friends of mine started watching after the Bravo day-long Studio 60 reruns. This is intelligent TV, and there has to be an hour or 2 in your schedule each week for that.
I hope NBC finds a way to keep this on. Putting the show after Heroes is not smart. I find it funny that one of Studio 60's themes is to make network programming smart while NBC is trying to replace it for regurgitated shows and terrible reality shows. Where has all the good writing gone? Why stoop to the lowest common denominator of intelligence? This show is the only reason i go to regular TV for. Why can't networks be championed for well-written series, rather than uninspiring forgetable shows. I would watch West Wing wishing that was our administration and now i watch Studio 60 wishing networks had balls like them. I guess it's back to HBO and Showtime for me.
Studio 60 is the best new show in years. Maybe if NBC hadn't put it on hiatus after Christmas, or had given it a 9 pm time slot, it would have have better viewership. Please bring this back!
The show just seemed to be hitting it's stride! NBC has created characters with depth, humor, and flaws. Why is this type of show always the first to go? Monday nights may not be where it belongs. Heroes, 24, Prison Break, Deal or No Deal, CSI Miami... Maybe people are just too tired to watch! Why not try it in a slot where your showing Law & Order repeats.
I love this show...it makes me smile, and I would be sad if it was canceled...I think it is one of the best shows of my week and I look forward to watching it every monday!!!
I love this show! It is smart, fast, funny and better than just about anything else out there right now. Please, do not cancel for yet another show that thinks viewers are stupid.

For those of us who lived and died by Sorkin's genius on West Wing, this has been our only outlet! Please keep this show! Nothing else is as quick, witty and timely.
Don't give up on this show just yet. It's really quite clever; it just needs some time for people to get come over to it. Remember that it's not for everyone, but the people that it's for are the ones with the money.
Yet another violent show on air at the expense something smart & witty like Studio 60? It's so nice to not to see violence or reality TV...don't let it go!
This is one of the best shows on tv right now. This is actually the ONLY show I watch on NBC right now because everything else they have on is terrible, over done or competing with Grey's Anatomy. Not a smart move.
