Do we really need another gang show? More violence? I really think Heroes has enough violence as it is. While what's done is done, people need a drama that is intelligent and makes people think instead of beating up and killing half the cast. It was a really bad time slot... try another.
Studio 60 is refreshing and the writing/acting is GREAT. To cancel this show will be a GREAT disjustice to the NBC audience. KEEP THIS SHOW ON!!! I watch this show faithfully and if I miss it, I'm online the NEXT day to catch it!
I like this show and look forward to watching it. I'm sure you can find a different time slot to get the numbers you need to keep this show on the air!
This show is fantastic. The writing is sharp and witty, the acting is superb, and the story lines aren't ones we've seen a thousand times. I suppose that alone makes it something scary for a major network, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't cancel Studio 60!!!
My whole family sits together to watch this quality television show. This includes teenagers. It is a smart, funny drama that is worthy of keeping on Television. Please don't cancel it.
Great show. It must survive! Boycott the Departeds, I mean The Black Donnellys! Much more intelligent writing then Grey's (talk about insipid romantic storylines). Save Studio 60, Cancel bland Grey's Save the World!!!

Keep Studio 60 on the air!!! Move it to wherever you need to but keep in on the air - we'll tape it, TiVo or watch it on nbc.com - my teenagers love the show and so do I!!
Studio 60 is my all time favorite show to ever be put on the air. How come every time a smart comedy is introduced, it doesn't even make it one season?! I loved Jack and Bobby and it was canceled. I loved Sports Night and it was canceled! America needs this show! Please save it!!!
The show deserves another season. It's different and intelligent and while I was a big fan of Sports Night (another show cancelled in it's prime) I think Studio is much better. NBC needs diversity among its shows and Studio 60 is a success. Keep it on!
If network TV can support such mindless drivel as some of the reality shows that clog up the TV schedules, I demand equal time for quality TV!
Studio 60 was the first show since West Wing and X Files that made me change channels to watch it! It is the only show that I stop whatever I am doing at 9pm on Monday nights to turn on the TV. If you cancel this, you are thumbing your nose at an intelligent, thinking audience that is begging for something aimed at IQs higher than two digits! Cancelling such intelligently written and acted shows such as this just reinforce the idea that network TV is truly an intellectual wasteland. It is the only TV I record and watch more than once (and get more out of it every time!) Please do not cancel this show. It was my only reason for coming back to watch NBC. Cancel this one and I am back to the other networks totally.
Please quickly come to your senses and return Studio 60 to the airwaves! Intelligently written television is hard to find... please don't make it even more difficult.
Please do not cancel Studio 60! Its the best thing since The West Wing. The writing is brilliant, it has an amazing cast and its such a pleasure to watch! A lot of shows struggle in their first year, but then become a huge hit! Please give Studio 60 a chance!!!!
Fast-paced, intelligent, funny conversations make this a great one. A bit too much like a soap opera at times, sure, but still more entertaining than at least 90 percent of other programming. Keep it running!
This is the best show in a very long time. Chemistry among the actors is great; story line is always very good and engaging. The show takes risks in things it says and is appreciated by a wide and varied audience. Viewers can only take so much bubble gum/reality stuff that is thrown at us. Please keep this show! It works.
The ONLY show I actuall look forward to watching every week. If you let them do what they were doing the first few weeks and the last few weeks, the show is great. Finally something as smart as The West Wing was.
This is one of the few TV programs with intelligent, witty dialogue...well-written. I was lost when "West Wing" ended...please do not take Studio 60 off the air.
Here's something to think about;
The ratings during the time period Sept 18th - Dec 10th, NBC had 21 shows make the top 100 rated shows. Studio 60 was 11 of that 21 beating out other shows like Friday Night Lights #20, Kidnapped #18 & Twenty Good Years #21 on the NBC schedule.
Studio 60 was also #45 overall.
So here's my question;
Why is NBC looking at cancelling a show that from my perspective is doing a pretty freakin good overall and for NBC.
DO NOT CANCEL a great show, cancel some of the other crap that has come in behind Studio 60.
Please do not cancel! This is one of the few "Smart" shows on television. I can not believe that NBC would replace it on Monday night with something that appears to be so violent that it needs to be on cable!
Please say it isn't so, please. I can't believe Studio 60 is canceled! I'm thinking it is to smartly written for some people, what a shame. Please keep it on. My husband and I hardly watch tv together. This is one of three we watch together because it is so good.
it is the only show that makes we laugh out loud and then get teary eyed. I may never watch network TV again if it gets cancelled. Back to reading books!
Take the summer and fix the show. There is no one who hates the premise. Please Please Please just think what you can do to make this great rather than startfrom scratch with some other piece of crap
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!!! There are plenty of other worse shows to cancel. Seinfeld tanked the first two years and was dropped!! then picked back up and it took off!!!!!!!!! give Studio 60 a chance! it will make NBC proud :)
NBC, please don't cancel this show. Without such shows as Studio 60, there's no reason for me to watch the other useless shows on the public networks. I like clever writing, and concepts I hadn't thought of before. I don't want to be left with weak comedies and realty tv - dumb people in dumb situations set up so they can only be dumb. Please retain the smart show... let writers be writers, and let us have to think to enjoy.
You hit your target range with me, a 23-year-old male, and my girlfriend, also 23. Why you would put on such a great show at 10 o'clock is beyond me. Put it in a better slot!
