Please, please don't cancel Studio 60. I watch it every week and I'm hooked. I love the charcters. I think it's fresh and funny. There is no way I'll watch The Black Donnellys, not in the least appealling!
I dont know why you cancel good shows.I really like this show.I think it is neat to see a show like this that shows you what it is like to make a show.Please dont cancel the show it is one of my favorite shows.You also cancled Surface which was anther good show.You just dont know how to keep a good show running.You also do have some shows on this net work that suck.That you shouldnt be showing.
THis is seriously one of the best shows on tv...the chemstry between the characters, especially Matt and Danny is amazing. The writing is soo smart and engaging...PLease dont cancel this show! it is wonderful!
Reality tv will be dead soon; our ignorant culture likes watching crap like american idol and living a reality. Good writing is so rare. Talk about a great cast. I will go back to just watching sports. This is new and fresh. Studio 60 should be brought back.

This is one of the best comeday/dramas Nbc has prouduced in a long while. I haven't watched much TV in years; stop making shows like this and or cancelling them and I guess its back to books and chess or beers and pool or well you get the point!
Monday night is a “must see” television night for me because of Studio 60. It’s smart and does not condescend to its audience. Maybe that’s the problem; it’s not the usual pabulum that passes for entertainment on the networks.
NBC, keep Studio 60 on the air. Move it to a different day if you have to but keep it on your lineup.
This show is one of the best still left on tv. I only watch a few new shows anymore because most aren't that good. This one though from the first episode had me hooked because it had identifiable characters and well written shows. I think trying it in a few different time slots to see what kind of buzz it starts would be a good judge of whether to continue it or not. If after doing that for the remainder of episodes or even just a select few, or even reruns shown on another day or time slot could help save a little money becuase no new footage would have to be made. Also for NBC this is the only show that I watch, other than Scrubs when I get the chance. But even that is coming to an end so therefore I will no longer watch any NBC programming after both of these shows end because there aren't any shows to watch like previously(Frasier, Friends, Seinfeld,etc.). So please keep the show.
Why bother creating intelligent, stimulating, entertaining, well-acted, television if the network can't even stand by the work for a full season? We love Studio 60. We're in the delicious 35 - 49 year old affluent urban demo and we watch it without fail. It's the kind of smart, genuinely provocative (as opposed to shocking) TV that gives the medium some integrity and viewers some hope. Until the network pulls it because it's not crass enough, violent enough, or disturbing enough to make it a textbook hit. The network was right to lead the season with it, too bad it dropped its support so quickly instead of standing by and for quality television.
Studio 60 is a great show, just because Nilsen says ratings are bad does not mean a thing, I do not see rating boxes on every TV in the USA. I will not be tuning into NBC if Studio 60 is canceled, for once do not pander to the idiots and keep the show for people that enjoy an intelligent show.

In general, I don't watch a lot of TV. Studio 60 is the only show that I make it a point to be home to see every week. Please don't cancel Studio 60. It is the best show on television.
I am asking you to save studio 60. It is one of the few shows that I can watch, with out having any regrets for doing so. I enjoy the clever writing and the interpersonal story lines between the characters. There are very few shows on tv anymore that are really worth watching. I will never watch the black donnellys, the previews are enough to turn me off to the show. We need more shows that are not afraid to involve humor alongside thought provoking issues. This is one of the best shows on network television. Didn't NBC learn "anything" from past experiences with shows like Cheers and Seinfeld? They all sucked in the ratings in their first year!
This show is another great Sorkin hit. It's funny, has good story lines, and a great cast! Please don't cancel this simply because halfway through the season, it's not up there in the ratings. West Wing didn't start out so well, and yet it still finished as one of the top shows in history. Please NBC, give this show time.
You know what is sad? The reason we won't be watching Studio 60 next week has everything to do with money and nothing to do with the fact that it's damn good TV, plain and simple. I am so disappointed and frustrated tonight with NBC I can't see straight. People like you and me mean nothing. Because we aren't the majority, we don't count. To hell with us! Does this mean that we are damn forever to watch shit TV? If the majority says so, I guess that's the way it will be.
Please don't cancel Studio 60; it's a very intellectual, quite-witted, and literary (gasp!) show! One of the smarted on T.V.! It represents the intellectual minority members who are tired of blood, gore, and mindless reality programming.
Studio 60 is one of the only shows on TV that I make a point to regularly watch. Instead of cutting it, start advertising it more and maybe try to get it a decent time slot. It's a great show, and it'd be a shame to see it canceled.
Please don't cancel this show! It has great writing, a fantastic cast, and interesting story lines. I was furious when American Dreams was taken off the air, and I'll be even more upset if you continue to remove good tv like this.
This is one of the most mature, quality written shows I've seen in a while. I'll be very disappointed to see it go. Sorry to see you pander to the lower IQ!!
PLEASE don't cancel this show. It's one of my favourites. It's so well written and acted (and casted), it would be a major shame to have it off the air. I so look forward to Sunday evenings!
Please find a way to keep this show on the air. It is smart and funny and Aaron Sorkin is a great writer. There is a lack of good, quality shows on the air, but Studio 60 is an exception to the rule. The story lines are thought provoking and intelligent. They pull at more than one side of society and politics. The stories don't lead you into a way of thinking, but present both sides and allow you to think about it and make your own decision. The episodes prove to be thought proking between me and my friends and promote discussion, which we enjoy!
Taking this show off the air would be catostrophic! Myself, my family, and friends WILL NOT watch the show that replaces it(Donnellys). Simple as that. We would love for you, NBC, to please find a way to keep this, our new favorite show on the air.
The chemistry between the characters very lovable and is as if they have been acting together for years and I would bet that as they continue to work together that it could and will only get better. I do believe that is would be in the networks best interest to save studio 60. Please save studio 60, as you can see from this petition, there are a lot of us that LOVE this show! Thanks!
I LOVE this show. Why take it off the air? I can understand that its not doing well, but come on. At least change it to a different time slot to see if there's a difference.
