It is FUNNY, SMART, QUICK, HARD HITTING, COMPLICATED, ROMANTIC, HARD HITTING, POLITICAL & gives us an INTERESTING inside look at TV behind the scenes,
Matthew,, Bradley & Nathan & DL/Simon are great to look at !!! a bonus!
Find another time slot or something to keep this INTELLIGENT TV show.
We don't need anymore reality or , game shows or Donald or stupid sit coms.
I have watched every epi from Day ONE (at least 2ce). I can count on 1 hand the number of TV shows I watch.

What is wrong with this network!! don't they realize that many people with an IQ over 70 and of legal age to vote do watch some TV!! This is the best show.They finally get it right with this show and of course they cancel it. I rarely speak out, but I will change the channel - no more nbc for me unless they BRING IT BACK.
Please don't cancel this show it makes you think and causes discussions to be started on issues that are of great import to the world at large. I was a loyal West Wing fan and quickly became a loyal Studio 60 fan. Those of us in our thrities and above have strong loyalties to brands and increasing buying power as time goes on, think about that.
Studio 60 may be the only good show left on network television. Finally a show that is intelligent with interesting characters. Don't leave viewers with no other option but to abandon the networks all together for cable channels that actually give unique programming a chance. WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER REALITY SHOW!! (or a 50th CSI!)
If you can't sell it here, sell it somewhere else - sell it in Europe - and we'll worry about how we get to see it. Smart, sexy shows like this shouldn't be allowed to die after 16 episodes; there's not nearly enough of this on TV as it is. Come on America, show some integrity. Entertainment like this deserves to be made.

It has been over 3 years since I have set aside time to watch TV regularly. My Mondays are set to NBC with Studio 60 (and Heroes). That's right, you are the only telivision network getting my viewing. If you get rid of Studio 60 I'll just watch Heroes on my computer - without most of your income grossing comercials.
This is an incredibly smart & witty comedy show. It has a faithful audience, please give it a chance. Its talented cast makes it work. I love this show and it is definitely the best on TV at the present.
I really like Studio 60, and while I admit that the first 10 shows or so had issues, the show is really rolling now. NBC, let Studio 60 find the rest of its audience before pulling it!
NBC: Isn't your last place finish in the ratings over the last several years tell you anything??? Keep the smart, witty and intelligent show Studio 60. You really don't want us to take our disposible incomes to another channel do you??? We have lots of choices and it appears from this petition that many people only watch NBC for Studio 60. I know we do. We were fans of Miami CSI but knew quality shows when we saw it and switched to Studio 60 at 10:00 pm. We used to watch almost exclusive NBC shows but your standards lowered about the same time mine raised greatly. Don't screw up and cancel this wonderful unique show.
Please don't cancel this show because it doesn't cater to mindless viewers or simpletons who don't enjoy good writing. This show brings intelligent conversation and well written plot lines to american broadcasting that quite frankly has been littered with meaningless reality television and poorly written drama / comedy.
Studio 60 is elegantly crafter, smartyly writtten, and daring enough to jab at the golden goose. It would be a terrible shame to lose this special show.
Please don't take Studio 60 away! It is far and away the best, most intelligent television program I've seen in years, and I haven't missed one yet. I've been planning my Monday evenings around it, but would be happy to plan around it on any evening.
I love this show. It is the only show I am committed to. I have to force myself to stay awake at 10:00pm to watch it but well worth it. It replaces West Wing for SMART TV!! Please, just try another time slot!!! MANY people in Orlando love Studio 60!
Studio 60 is the only tv show I watch. The ONLY one. The writing, acting, and subject matter are all better than the average network show. Please restore my faith in the network's long-view by keeping this show on the air.
This truly is a witty and intelligent show. The cast is unmatched to any other current program. NBC has done a poor job of promoting the show. I saw no media junket to speak of before it's premier as I did with many other new shows. Promote the show properly and give it about 6 weeks ... you'll get your audience.
Studio 60 is one of the very very few shows on television worth watching. It exudes a wit and intelligence unmatched by any show since The West Wing. PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL the only beacon of light in an abyss of stupid programming!!
This program has a lot of potential. We love it but DVR it as we work late. Nielson ratings are abusive in todays world. Keep Studio 60 on NBC; be the Jordan McDeere's. Fight for good television and don't pedal that reality smut that has consumed the market. Studio 60 is a show with a point to make. Let Mr. Sorkin do what he does best.

I love this show and look forward to it every week. I dread when the weekend is over, but I look forward to at least some good television showing on Monday nights. After Heros, I guess I'll just go to bed now.
Studio 60 is one of the few shows I truly enjoy watching. Not only is it witty, and entertaining .. it gives us a sneak peak on to the world backstage. This is the best on television. You aren't really that ignorant of what the viewing audience of Studio 60's earning capacity is? We are the thinking crowd that has that wonderful disposible income. Remember too...we are the vocal minority. Think of all of the others that aren't aware of the petitions to be signed. Bring back your glory days of Thursday night magic of the "Cheers" era and keep smartly written shows like Studio 60. Reality shows get turned off in our homes.
Just for those of you reading this petition..it would appear the site has a malfunction or glitch. Words the petitioner has typed and spaced properly appear improperly linked together, making us look as if we cannot properly use language skills...it is the site not the writer signing the petition.
I still remember the stunned silence I experienced after the first episode. I don't think I have ever seen a better pilot in my life and each week I was excited to see how they would top it.
This show is what "Must See TV" used to be about - thought provoking dramas.. and comedic "wit" (and yes wit is indeed different from sitcom laughs). In my opinion for every one signature you see here..there are probably dozens who don't know how or where to contact you to tell you how GREAT this show truly is. As for me..not only do I watch Studio 60..I tape it while I'm watching it in case my viewing gets interrupted during the show..YES it's that good..and yes that's how much I want to see it! This truly is the best new show on television, it is brilliant ..and it's what I like to think of as smart programming..yes I said smart..not all of us want shows that we can just sit and watch...some of us actually ENJOY the cerebral banter. PLEASE, please, let us keep the very few programs that require a bit of thinking..the kind of shows that are a cut above the other programming offered..it is what made NBC "Must See TV" and the only thing that can keep it as such.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would not only keep Studio 60 on the air but change it's timeslot and promote it. Doing so would more than pay for the cost of the episodes. In 5 years everyone will be watching and you will again be in the top 3 of networks. Save Studio 60, Save the world from mind numbing television.
We're pleading with you, NBC - PLEASE leave us ONE smartly written, witty, truly unique show on your network. We're tired of the mindless dross you (and all the other networks) greenlight day in, day out just because it plays to the masses and makes more money. Get wise and SAVE STUDIO 60!
This show has to be one of the best that has hit the air waves in years. I can not believe that the NBC folks would think about pulling this show. It is intelligent, witty and has so many "bits" that happen in the side stories I find myself laughing out load all the time. Fox is putting on a show called are you smarter than a 5th Grader and NBC wants to pull Studio 60??? This is what is wrong with this country????????? NBC PLEASE WE BEG YOU KEEP STUDIO 60 ON THE AIR!
This has got to be one of the best shows on tv. Move it to another night and see the ratings take off before just canceling it. Move it to Wednesday or Friday nights for awhile just to test the waters before pulling it!
