This show has too much potential to take it away from us. Think about it from a marketing perspective...the plotline potential is practically endless. The show can be ANYTHING IT WANTS TO BE!!!
We have watched this show from episode 1 and love it! It has such a wonderful blend of drama and comedy. The dialogue is very well written. Not to mention that the entire cast is AMAZING! Since we use our DVR to record every episode, we don't care when it's on - as long as it IS on. PLEASE bring it back!
i think that in our current media age, t.v. should be able to provide a show that is intellectual and witty and targets a more affluent/engaged group. why not? it was a great show!!
Studio 60 is a great show! I think the problem with lack of viewers arrises from the time that the show plays. Give it one more chance at a different time to find its real potential.
Thank you, NBC, for replacing a quality show with gratuitous violence. Not only have you offended me intellectually, but culturally -- and just in time for St. Patrick's Day. BRING BACK STUDIO 60. YOU DIDN'T EVEN GIVE IT A CHANCE.
Nbc, being one of the last networks that I respect, please don't commit an idiotic mistake. Studio 60 is an instant classic. The talent is amazing, the dialogue is great, it's all great. Nbc, set an example for all other networks, bring back Studio 60. I like the Black Donellys but I love Studio 60. Do the right thing.
My wife and I both love this show! We can't believe that a network would cancel a chow that is funny, thoughtfull, and just darn good would be taken off the air. BRING IT BACK PLEASE!!!
This is one of the only intellegent shows on TV. It is extremely well acted and well written. Please do not cater to the crowd who likes to mindlessly watch. Instead, focus on the crowd who likes TV to encourage thought and emotion.
Studio 60 is one of the best new shows on television, the writting is creative and the dialog is smart. I think television needs a show like this because it is entertaining and it deals with real world issues. This show represents what TV should be.
This show is outstanding! Studio 60 has an amazing cast and incredible story line. I am a huge fan and would hate to see this show canceled! I look forward to watching it every Monday night. Please keep Studio 60 on the air! Thank you
I would urge NBC to remember that they've made a resurgence due to taking chances on quality shows as of late. Please do the same with Studio 60, a tremendously written and acted program. People will eventually gravitate toward quality if given a chance.
Taking Studion 60 off the air forever would be a huge mistake for the network. This show lends a much greater level of intelligence to the network and those who watch it. It will be missed until you bring it back!!!
Studio 60 was one of the few shows with some intellegence. Yes it was expensive, yes it was niche programming, but they can work if scheduled and promoted correctly. Bring it back, please!
Please bring back Studio 60!!! This is a great show! I watch it every week and love it! I just cannot believe you would want to axe this show when their are so many other shows out there that are just pure crap. Choose a different show to pick on! It is written well and has a great cast. Please, please keep it going!!!!
I love this show--I've gone back and gotten hooked on West Wing because of it. It's the only show on TV I look forward to week after week. Please save Studio 60! (save the world- best line on the boards!) lol
There are so few shows written for an audience that can follow intelligent conversation, why take away one of the best? And please, don't lapse into the 'will they or won't they sleep together', the story is not dependant on cheap thrills. Tell the story as it was planned.
I love Studio 60. The writing is fantastic. I can never wait to see what is going to happen between and to the characters next. Keeo the show, it is great.
The best show on TV, a ray of light in a world filled with shows like One Tree Hill and American Idol. Please give it another chance (and maybe another time slot)!
This is the smartest show on TV presently. It requires no laugh track to tell you when you laugh, and no sighing to tell you when to cry. The show can do both during a 48-minutes program and keep you coming back for more. It's perfect for Sunday night, great discussion for Monday water cooler.
Please bring Studio 60 back. I deliberately did not watch The Black Donnellys because it was replacing Studio 60. I always watch Studio 60 - but will NEVER watch The Black Donnellys - will watch CSI Miami instead like I did this week.
Save it! This show has such a dedicated fan base, who continue to follow it no matter where it goes, yet it might get cancelled. Yet you continue to keep shows on air that are pure crap.
I can't believe that tv show selection has got to the stage where finally we have a program that sets the standard for others being threatened with cancellation. This is a program that will carry on for many years, it should not be cancelled at all.
Best show out there. The only non-idiot show out there. Tv today feels like it was made for elementary school kids, but not Studio 60. It was actually intelligent and real.
My husband and I watch Studio 60 religiously, and we're always talking about how well written the show is. I am so personally tired of the "dumbing down" of today's tv programming, that it was refreshing to see a show that had some intelligence! I urge the powers that be to seriously reconsider this horrible decision and give the show a little more time to catch on.
I can't believe this show is even being considered canceling. It is the #1 show on tv right now, because it's smart, funny, well written, and well acted. I can't grasp the concept that this show is being canceled but shows like "dancing with the stars" is being kept. It's pitiful.
Keep this great show... if you have to tinker, add more funny sketches. Let's see this *cast* be as funny as the show says they are. But please, please, please, keep it going.
I am really surprised that Studio 60 needs to be saved. It is a timely show that exhibits some of the most creative writing on television today. Maybe they should talk to HBO.
