Arrested Development is by far the best show on television right now. A show like this needs time to grow to become a huge sensation. I have shown it to many people and they all immediately turn into huge fans. Give it time for the fanbase to grow.
No other show in many years has made me laugh as hard as AD. It's simply wonderful and NOTHING can make me miss an episode. Please, please keep it on the air!
I don't watch too much TV, and when I do it is pretty selective (major sports games, political speeches, and satirical comedies ex. Family Guy, Simpsons, South Park). Every time I'ev seen Arrested Development I have really enjoyed it. If anything, give it some more time to grow as a show and gain a fan base in order to get past the rating challenges. You've seen what has happend to Family Guy. The market is HUUGE after it was takin of Fox. A famous man once said, "Just give Arrested Development a Chance."
We stumbled on it by accident one night (not much else worth watching on FOX anymore) and it instantly became a "must see" in our house. Keep it going!
Seinfeld is a great analogy to this show. If you allow it to develop, it may well become one of the most popular and culturally significant shows out there.
I finally have another reason to watch TV since the Seinfeld went off the air. Give this baby a better timeslot and a little more PR and it will take off. It's a gem!
I remember a time when fox was considering cancelling another show about a disfunctional family. . . Give AD it's time and you have another married with children.
Fox, if you cancel Arrested Development, don't be surprised if there is rioting in the streets all across the country. Instead of cancelling it, watching the DVD sales skyrocket, regret cancelling it, and then put it back on the air, just leave it on, everyone's laughing.
Arrested Development is the funniest show in years. Everyone I have met thinks that it is halarious. Fox, you would be doing a great injustice if you take this terrific show off the air. Arrested Development should be at the bottom of the list of "Shows Fox Should Can" It is by far the funniest show that you guys air currently, and consequently the only one I watch.
Think how smart Fox will feel when they keep this show on the air, rerun it during the summer, and it becomes a hit! Anybody remember a couple of shows called "Cheers" and "Seinfeld?!" Keep this show on the air and Fox's cred will skyrocket!
I just signed the petition for WonderFalls, and now I'm signing this. This is some of the most funny, intellectual humor on TV. Simpsons has lost it's edge, Malcolm in the Middle still has it. I look forward to Sunday nights for my day of relief. Bring back the laughter!
This is the most intelligent comedy on TV. Don't we brainy people get to have a show too? Please please please? I will buy every product advertised (except for large pick-up trucks) and i will badger everyone i know to tune if - give it another season! You won't regret it!
This is the best new show of the season. I pray to the good lord that this show remains on tv. please for all that is comedy, please keep this show going. and put it on a different time slot(right after the simpsons!!!!)
This show has been one of the funniest on TV in a long long time. I don't even watch TV during the week, but I turn it on Sunday evenings just to see malcom and this show. Sad times if it goes bye bye =(
Dear Gail Berman: You've made it clear that you feel the current trends in network programming are "broken," with your recent dedication to year-round programming. Well, another "broken" trend in network programming is cancelling quality shows before they have a chance to find an audience. If Seinfeld debuted this year, it would be cancelled due after its first season to raitings. Please have the foresight to keep Arrested Development long enough to become a hit as large as Seinfeld, as you and I, and critics everywhere, believe it can be. Thank you!
Yes! This show is the BEST comedy now on TV next to Friends. There are too many bad shows on tv, this is definately NOT one of them. please please PLEASE don't cancel it, everyone is right, give it TIME!
I LOVE THIS SHOW!It is the highlight of my weekend. It has been awhile since I can watch a smart, intelligent comedy on TV. Other shows are an insult to my intelligent. AD makes me "roar" with laughter to the point I have tears. I tell everyone I know about this show. Word of mouth takes time-please FOX-stick with it!
