Freaks & Geeks, Futurama, Cupid...all gone. Please don't take Arrested Development from me too. This is the funniest, smartest show on TV, broadcast or cable (Curb Your Enthusiasm comes in a close second). Please give this show a chance. Promote it more and see what happens.
AD is one of the funniest and most creative shows in the history of TV. Please give it ample time to build its ratings. Remember: if networks had as quick a hook in 1990 as they do now, 'Seinfeld' would have perished in its infancy.
by far the most clever show on tv right now. fox, perhaps you should try putting it on during a slightly better time slot.. oh, and hey, advertising for it might not be a bad idea either.
Do NoT Take this show from me. it's the only time i laugh all week. you don't give up that easy. people need to come around to it and understand the undstated, esoteric and unique humor. don't make this mistake. you will be sorry. nothing you will air in it's place will come close.
This is absolutely the funniest new program in years (we agree with the comment that it's the best since Seinfeld). Not to continue it would be a crime!
I LOVE this show. Where else do you find a show with a character named George Michael? Stop paying Paula Abdul to say nothing constructive on American Idol and use the $$ to keep this quality show around.
This is the kind of show that will be a legend. Keep it on please! Remember, All in the Family, Seinfeld and Cheers got low ratings in their first season...and look at how that turned out
c'mon fox, first family guy, now AD. stop showing cameras chasing rednecks on their everyday routines and realize that you have something very special here
My sister hardly ever watches TV, yet when I mentioned it to her, she watched it once. Now, we watch it together every week. It looks like Fox is giving it more of a chance than they gave Wonderfalls, but just in case they get stupid and want to cancel it, I'll sign.
Please don't cancelled Arrested it is by far the funniest show on tv now. With the lost of Wonderfalls, this is the only reason to still watch Fox. If Arrested gets cancelled Fox and I are done.
It is rare for me to stop what I am doing to watch a television show. In fact, Arrested Development is the ONLY show in years that I scehdule my time around so I won't miss it. The Neilsen ratings has proven to be a flawed and dated method of measuring ratings anyway, so why bother using those statistics to help determine the life of a television series? Keep the show on.
Why does FOX always cancel all of the greats? Are American viewers really complete idiots? Let this one catch on-it is genius. The characters are top-notch!
The show is so gleefully wrong it would be a tragedy to destroy it. It is one of the only vestiges of a cathartic theater of cruelty it should be protected like an historic landmar. And, come on, it's the only thing even close to HBO quality.
i just saw it for the first time three weeks ago and its the best show ive seen in a really long time, and i plan on watching it regularly from now on...please please please dont cancel it!!!
This show is absolutely brilliant & hilarious. The writing is fantastic and the casting is wonderful. The executives at Fox would be crazy to get rid of Arrested Development!
Don't take it off the air. It is by far one of my favorite shows. I think it has huge potential. Seinfeld in its early days was not very popular and NBC considered taking it off the air. They were glad they didn't (and so was I) because it went on to become the most popular comedy ever. So don't take Arrested Development off the air because I would be a big mistake.
