FOX always seems to cancel their best programs and replace them with crap. It happened to Futurama, Family Guy, and now Arrested Developement. I ask you, FOX, what will you replace this comic masterpiece with? Let me guess, "Who wants to marry a disfigured guy who might be a millionare, but secretly has a wife and is turned on by fat men?!"
This is the funniest show on TV since seinfeld. Fox has a problem keeping shows on that are great, i.e. Andy Richter. Keep arrested development on and it will flourish
Intelligent wry witty humor-please save this type of sitcom from extinction. Especially with Friends & Frasier going...we need good comedy! BEGGING you not to cancel. This show has something for every target audience...kids, parents, quirky relatives alike!
do not take this show off the air!!! I lost faith when Andy Richter was cancelled. Malcolm in the Middle sucks now. Arrested is the best show on TV. Fox did not become a major network by dumping things early. Just look at The Simpsons and The X-files!!! Keep Arrested!!!!
I NEVER write or email about a TV show, and I am doing so for this one. It is rare to find a comedy that is intelligent AND funny and this is one of those rare shows. PLEASE don't cancel it. This show is the only reason I watch TV on Sundays and is one of the very few shows I feel is worth watching at all. Please keep it up! You have a show that is truly unique and has great potential for the future! SAVE ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT!
This show is so awful because it makes my sides hurt from laughter! So on the one hand, if you keep the show, I'll die laughing....eh, what the hey, it's worth it...RENEW AD!
There are so few good comedies out there - why on earth would you cancel this? FOX will only continue to be synonymous with low-brow, tasteless TV if it continues to cancel every good show that comes its way!
Don't cancel this show! It's truly the funniest show on TV right now. Sundays are the only day I watch TV and this is the only show I watch. Great writers, great actors, a true disappointment if FOX cancels this show!
I don't normally sign these types of things, but Arrested Development IS one of the best shows in years, and I think FOX knows it. Give it time, FOX. The Simposns wasn't a hit overnight either. In time Arrested Development WILL find its audience, but it needs help and support.
Please keep this show on air. It's the only reason I watch TV on sundays. You gave it a terrible time slot and now it suffers. Don't screw "Arrested Development" over like you did "Futurama."
The show is well-written and intelligent. Leave at least this one good show in your schedule. Fox already has enough "When Fill-in-the-Blanks Attack" or "World's Blankiest Blanks". Don't force intelligent viewers to migrate to noncommercial networks...
I have stopped watching the Sopranos to watch Arrested! I don't watch FOX anymore due to the cancellations of Futurama, and Family Guy, please do not cancel this show, it is the best show you got on right now!
Please don't cancel this show! It is the only sitcom I go out of my way to see each week. The characters are well-fleshed out and hilarious, and the plot lines keep us coming back for more!
It would be ashame to cancel "arrested development" Sunday at 9:30 is tough slot. If it could be on monday or wednesday to tighten up the schedule then it would fair better.
i sit through the whole fox line up just for this show. i always feel the show is so short and want to see more. it is the perfect show for those looking for a great new off beat comedy. we need more shows like this.

"Arrested Development" is one of the funniest, most intelligent shows out there. It's beyond Seinfeld--beyond the whole sitcom genre. Fox truly has a gem.
The appeal of this show is not as narrow as some might believe. It needs advertising and a better time, but it has all the potential to become the exclamation point on the Sunday night lineup (as it already has for myself). Television needs shows like Arrested Development to prove that a half-hour of fast-paced laughs can also be a thoughtful, intelligent analysis of deluded chaos. I do not know of a more enjoyable show on television.
There aren't intelligent shows anymore. Everything is either horribly formulaic or reality television. Arrested Development is different and wonderful. Keep it alive.
most of modern, mainstream television is not good. Actually, there are maybe one or two good shows at the most. Arrested Development is one of those rare boundary-pushing shows, and it would be a mistake to take it off the air at this point. After a season or two, it's clear that it will develop a strong cult following, one that will most likely sustain a sizable ratings share. That coupled with the piece of mind a network will yield from supporting a quality show should make it easy to keep the show going.
I hope there is someway you can communicate to the cast and all that are involved in the production of Arrested Develpment that this is one of the funniest and fastest half hour in TV. Thanks for the laughs and creativity.
