I LOVE this show!! Clever writing and great actors. My VCR is set permanently to make sure I don't miss a single minute. Please don't take away a show that takes intelligence to enjoy. This and Scrubs are my favorite comedies this year. Keep those new episodes coming.
This show is hilarious!! I can't wait for reruns or dvd however, because I just started watching it with the Julia Louis Dreyfus episode. The story of this dysfunctional family is cleverly done. I hope to be able to see many, many more episodes.
Fox recently called Malcolm in the Middle, Bernie Mac, 24 and the O.C. celebrated and groundbreaking....the O.C.? The celebrated days of Malcolm and Bernie are over, Fox does not have a decent comedy left - save the Simpsons. Do they really think they will come up with something better than AD ever? There was only one Seinfeld, and they are considering cancelling its successor. Whoever runs Fox needs a priority check
Bernie Mac and Malcolm in the Middle are completely unwatchable, yet they've been given a pickup for next season. Why hasn't this show been picked up for next season?!
This is the smartest, most well-written sitcom on TV. All of the characters are extremely entertaining and are embodied perfectly by a great cast. The show's first season is one of the most consistently funny seasons I've ever seen, and comes close to rivaling some of Seinfeld's best seasons. For such a biting comedy it surprisingly has a lot of heart, which makes it all the more endearing.
This is the funniest show on television! Please don't get rid of it!!!! I will also boycot FOX if they cancel it & I will pass it on to everyone I know!
I will likewise Boycott Fox if they cancel. It'a amazing that they will beat the Simpsons to death when it hasn't been good in 6 years and they are thinking of cancelling this show.
Best Show on TV. If FOX cancels it I will have lost all respect for them. Seinfeld didn't have great ratings the first season either. What they need to do is get the first season on DVD now.

Must Fox execs learn only after cancellation and unexpected dvd sales that they don't know good comedy? They are drunk on the Simpsons even still and must realize that comedy that trusts the viewer to 'get it' is what we want to see. If you cancel this, cancel yourselves as you are not worthy of your job. Perhaps you all could remake the XFiles and the Simpsons just to play it safe.
Definately the best show on TV since Seinfeld. Voted the best show on televion, not just the best comedy or new show, but the BEST OVERALL SHOW on television, after only half of the season was aired. HOW CAN FOX EVEN THINK OF CANCELLING IT!?

I became aware of this show from reading the television critic in the Detroit Free Press (who absolutely adores it, by the way). I have been hooked since the first episode.I can count on one hand how many TV shows I watch regularly, and this is my absolute favorite. Waiting for this show to air on Sunday nights has exposed me to the Simpsons and Malcolm in the Middle. I really like both of those as well; I never miss this entire Sunday night line-up on Fox.
Please do not cancel Arrested Development!!! I have never written a letter to a network before, but I truly feel thlisl show deserves support--it is excellent and clever.
