Please continue this show. The productivity level at my workplace on Mondays drops drastically as we stealthily gather to discuss all things AD. Please keep giving us a reason to be cheerful on Monday mornings!
Please give this show more time grow!! It will catch on -- but even if it doesn't the DVD sales for the second season should make it profitable... even cult shows sell DVDs -- just look at Family Guy.
Clever. Insane. Ridiculously funny. The only show on TV that elicits cackling...and I mean on-the-floor, in-a-fetal-position, CACKLING. Look, we know it needs help in the ratings department, but with a little love and support, this late bloomer will blossom into a hit. It already has for countless viewers.

After just seeing the season finale I must say: PLEASE don't cancel this show. There's so much more of the story of the Bluth family to tell. I don't even watch new Simpsons episodes anymore, and I don't much care for Malcolm, but I promise to watch Arrested Development without fail EVERY WEEK. Even if you put it on at 3 in the morning on religious holidays, and I was in jail, and blind, I would still find a way to watch it. (Hmmm, come to think of it, I think those have all been storylines at one point.) But all I'm asking is for you to please renew it. Please??? Thanks.
This is easily the best comedy on network television. give it a chance to develop and build an audience and you may very well have the new Seinfeld or Simpsons...
We love this show - please don't cancel!!! We have it listed as our top priority show on our Tivo season pass manager. The characters are well defined, there's always a surprise twist in the storyline - keeps us guessing - very smart, not the same old predictable and lame characterizations and plotlines. Totally entertaining and engaging. Never ho-hum. It's a keeper!
Among the American viewing public, Fox has a reputation for not giving promising, funny shows a chance (i.e. The Ben Stiller Show, Family Guy, et al.) Do not let Arrested Development become another casualty in Fox's short sighted programming selectiong process.
This is the greatest show on television! It's a rare find. You must renew this show. It's the funniest show on television and the most innovative by far!
Fox has always been on the edge of innovation -- As an avid Fox viewer, I sincerely hope you continue to support quality programming such as "Arrested Development."
It's to Fox's credit that they've stuck w/such a smart, funny show through the season & I hope they give it a further chance to find it's audience. Is there anyone who's actually seen the show who doesn't like it?
PLEASE don't cancel this show! It's one to two shows I make a point of watching every week, the other being The Simpsons. PLEASE give it a chance, it's too funny not to go 3 seasons.
This is the funniest show on television, brilliantly written and performed. The timing on this show is the best there has been since The Simpsons in their prime. Fox, please do not do what you did with Family Guy and cancel a show that is too good for you to know what to do with!
This show is one of the best I can remember. As a die-hard simpsons fan, I have to admit, given the choice, i would choose Arrested Development as it is more engaging, addicting, and hilarious while being smug at teh same time. An instant classic. If it can make the cover of TV guide, it deserves a second year.
If this show gets canceled it will be a truly tragic day in television history. It is a gem and to let it go would be making a grave statment about the state of televsion in America. If it goes I go and my TV will go in the dumpster.
This show must not be cancelled!! For the sake of those who enjoy cerebral humor--REAl humor and not the yuk-yuk comedies being spewed out in full force, please just let us have this one!
This is a great show. Ratings issues are not due to the quality of the show, its because you didn't keep consistent with air times over the last couple of months. Give it a chance!
This is the funniest show I have seen in a long time. There just isn't much good TV out there, but this is. Everyone I've turned onto the show loves it. Don't take it away from us.
The end of the line for all the reality crap is nearing. Fox should keep this show as a backup when audiences start to demand good writing and good acting and good humor and all that they have is twenty incarnations of The Swan.
Please give the show another chance - Cheers finished last place in its first season.
I once thought that these online petitions did nothing, but the drive-in theatre in our city was recently saved by one. Likewise, the future of FOX's critically-acclaimed Arrested Development should be secured by one.
i love this show and I everyone I know who watches it loves it. It truly is the best show on Tv (and I watch a lot of TV). Put it on Thursday and make it "must see" TV!
With the awful state of comedy on television today, it would be a terrible mistake to cancel such a consistently funny show. I have had no trouble winning over new converts every week, and I can see this easily becoming the most popular show on television, given another season or two.
This is my favorite show. It is the only reason I watch Fox on sunday nights. If it goes, I'm going to go also by switching the channel. Without Arrested, Fox's sunday lineup isn't that great to me.
