Tpically tragic when such a well-written show doesnt get the support it deserves. "lowest common denominator" mentality continues to promote crappy reality shows and pathetic sitcom scenarios. This show is smart, funny and brilliantly cast.
Stop it, Fox! Stop messing with us! You have plenty of other shows that don't get the ratings AD does, and they are not going to get cancelled. If you think it's such a great show too, then why didn't you show it after the superbowl? Start advertising, and more people will watch it!

Best show on TV. Maybe another network can pick this up? Try a new night....try something...best writing on television right now for comedy. Has taken the place of Seinfeld for me.

Arrested Development is the only thing on Fox worth watching, but apparently the twits at Fox don't understand that. When watching paint dry is more entertaining than 99% of your programming, one would think you'd actually keep the one true gem you have. Duh.

Fox we would no longer be best friends if you cancel this show. I'm seriously. No more home made brownies....no more cookies, and definately no more of me putting out. Do not cancel this show.
Cancel this show and Malcolm and maybe the Simpsons (it's been pretty blah for awhile now) will be the only things left on Fox for me to watch. Your reality shows are for either teen girls or adult, addled cretins. "American Dad" is an argument for patricide. You could put Bea Arthur reading the Yellow Pages after the Super Bowl and still pull strong ratings. Do the SMART thing Fox. Promote the bejebus out of this show. Keep it on the air and when it grows to Seinfeld levels, you'll reap the lasting rewards.

Arrested Development is the one show I look forward to all week. I'm a huge fan of Family Guy, but American Dad's premiere was dreadful. I've already been going through withdrawals as a result of it pre-empting Arrested Development on Superbowl Sunday. Please reconsider your plans to cut the season short, and please renew Arrested Development for as many more seasons as possible. I realize the show isn’t as popular as you, or I, would like, but I can feel word of mouth gaining momentum, as I tell my friends, who watch it and love it, they tell their friends, etc. I’m sure this is happening with the show’s already dedicated fan base all across America. Give it some time to grow. Also, please consider the value of the demographics of Arrested Development viewers: educated people, from college students to CEO’s, in contrast to the working class that many of the shows on your fine network seem to cater to. Thank you.
What idiots are working at Fox these days-they have been constantly ridiculed for horrible shows like Temptation Island and American Dad. So when these mentally challenged losers who call themselves executives actually come across a quality show that is witty, critically acclaimed, and loved, they cancel it? They seriously need to take a look at what they are doing to their already laughable reputation by taking one of the best damn shows on television off the air. I will personally help Salm Whitt in the mass murder of Fox employees if this show is cut! FOX-save the best thing you have going for your network and maybe look into firing some executives who obviously have no view for GOOD television.

A show this brilliant will continually attract an audience. It is so unique that this may take time, but eventually this show could be the biggest comedy ever. Don't pull it prematurely.

Does Fox even know that this is the best thing they have to offer? In a culture infested with reality shows and mundane sitcoms rigged with overexaggerated laugh tracks, Arrested Development is the saving grace in a world slowly going to hell! Come on, people! Tell your friends, neighbors, relatives, co-workers, teachers, and pets about the show! MANIFEST! Don't let the best thing on television disappear forever!
