This summer i went to puerto rico to visit family and my family and i went to the beach and we saw tons of dogs hurt and begging for food i felt as if i was hit by a truck i was killed i couldnt stay so we left to a diffrent beach then after swimming we ate as i was eating a small black dog with big eyes hopped under my seat her paw was hurt i gave her small of my water and a piece of my chicken it killed me to see her but after that moment i knew what i wanted to do i wanted to change the world and help save these dogs so since im not that old i will start with this petition so please help me save them
