Thus, anime is not evil but is simply a form of art and literature.

Dragon Ballz was not really affect to the USA, and the kids need that for enteriament. You have to be kidding me if you want anime off TV. Bush, don't you see that people love these shows? I may not watch these anymore because of all the homework that i have, yet i love these shows very much. You may think that kids are too into these shows that they don't do anything anymore, but that's not true. These kids work very hard to even get the privilege to watch them. If you take this away now, they won't have anything to fight for and will be depressed for life. They may grow up out of it, but they'll think back, "I can't believe that anime has been taken off, maybe if I had the chance to watch them, I wouldn't have been so bored when i got home from school." Not only are these shows entertaining, they are also very educational like someone said earlier about Gundam Seed and how it shows the kids about the war. There is also a show called Cased Closed, showing only late at night for the older children to see, like my age, about crime solving. It may contain things that you may not want little kids to see, but they do give out a warning to parents and it is possible to keep kids from watching it now from all the technology we have gained. I don't understand why you have decided to take anime off TV, but even if you do, it won't do any good. Our society is so much worse than this and you know that it can not be stopped.
