Ban anime from TV? Feh. You might wanna worry about TV shows corrupting kids from your own country first. Like South Park. That show's got more swear words in 1 episode than all of the anime on my shelf and in my computer put together! And that's alot! Anime is great! It's a better addiction than drugs or alcohol! Probably costs less too! Sure some aren't kid-appropriate, but that's what ratings are for! So lets see them argue with that. Plus I really don't think president Bush would like it if he saw thousands of cosplaying otaku's protesting in front of the White House and demanding they have their anime returned to them.
Anime is great, what is the big deal is just like a cartoon except a lot of anime's aren't for little kids, thats why they have them on late at night.
What is wrong with anime? Why do you need to take it off of television? It is widely watched, and many people would be angry with its being taken off of television. If they must take a show or two off air, then do it. Do not just take one genre of shows 'just because.'
