I do this not because i am an asian or that i love anime, but i feel that everyone should be able to enjoy artwork, no matter what form it is in. Which i should say IS NOT BAD, or whatever you may say. I go to a chatholic school, and if i wanted to watch inu-yasha there or anything, and it was in the age limit (kaleido star would be better) i'm sure i could. It isn't a bad thing, its a GOOD thing. Some animes may deal with some..not for younger viewer stuff. But it for a mature audience, so therefore a mature audience will watch it..maybe..but anyways Anime helps us learn and is a great thing.
