Danny Phantom rocks! It's just about the only good show on Nick anymore. i mean, after they took off all the good old classics like Rocco's Modern Life, Rugrats( the old ones), Kablam!, Invader Zim, Angry Beavers, Hey Arnold!, Aaah! Real Monsters!, Kenan and Kel, Doug, NEED I GO ON! Some of the best shows I grew up with were taken off ther air. Let's not make the same mistake by taking off a classic-in-the-making like Danny Phantom!

I recently began watching DP, at first I thought it would be silly or stupid because I don't really like american cartoons but the more I watched the more I began to adore Jazz and Danny and Sam and Tucker. DP really is a great show, I read all the fanfiction I can get my hands on, it makes me laugh. It's cute, well thought out, and has a good, and potential filled plot. Nick has gone downhill since it began and DP, in my opinion was the beginning of a better Nick. Please, leave the one american show I watch be. This is a good show! One of the few I can really get into. It's also one of the few that appeals to an older age bracket. The art is stylistic and unique, the characters are very rich in personality, and the premise is very involving. It reminds me of my favorite show growing up: Ghostbusters.
As a Danny Phantom fangirl and T/S shipper, I oppose the cancellation of this wonderful show. It's nothing like Nickelodeon has ever done before! This is a cartoon that isn't some random, immature junk like "6teen", "Catscratch", or "Spongebob". This show acutally has good characters and more than just cheap laughs. There are meaningful plots to this show.

It's sad that Nickelodeon always decides to kill it's most creative and promising shows early. They did it with Hey Arnold, they did it with Zim, and now --- Danny Phantom. We have just over a year left until the scheduled end. I'll be 15 then. I'm devastated because it has SO much potential to continue and get an even BIGGER fanbase!.....Nickelodeon, DP brought me back to you. When Spongebob and senseless cartoons reigned supreme, I took shelter in CN. Danny Phantom, around early 2004, brought me back and kept me. You'll be loosing an entire age group of fans who will be severely disappointed. I'm glad it's lasted this long, but now Butch hartman had the creativity to keep FoP at 80, so he should have more than enough to take an even more complex show to further reaches.

Okay. Danny Phantom has GOT to stay. The show has got so much to go for, it's not right for it to be taken off the air with only 53 episodes. This idea is HORRIBLE. Nickelodeon, you can't take him away from us! You can't take away Danny! I swear, if you want to cancel a show on your channel, go with Catscratch (in my opinion. I know fans of the show.) instead. People really love Danny Phantom, and I'm one of them. You CAN'T take it off!
