Danny Phantom is the only show I watch Nick for aside from Fairly Oddparents. It's one the only shows that is actually creative and isn't some vapid, uninspired crap (like some others that Nick has around). Please don't cancel DP!
This is one of the few shows I actually watch on TV anymore. There are so many shows that don't care about plot or character development nowadays that it's hardly worth turning it on for anything other than video games anymore. if this show falls to the wayside like so many other good shows before it, I'll simply have to stop watching TV altogether.
Danny Phantom was the first show that ever encouraged me to practice my writing skills in the fanfiction genre and the show itself is one of the few in Nick history that has ever catered to so many people, from the young who laugh at Danny's misfortunes to the older people that remember the struggles of their teen years and can see themselves in Danny, Sam, Tucker, or one of the other characters. This is a great show, and it would be a dire sacrilege to society to just let it fade away into nothing like this.

I, as a general rule, do not watch TV. I am a computer geek and forever will stay that way. But strangely... I still watch Danny Phantom. Why? Because it's one of the few things worth watching! (you know, the whole 1000 channels and nothing on)
The new shows aren't as bad as some people (alright, most people) say they are. But if you think they even have a CHANCE of replacing Danny, you're wrong. The new shows are aimed at one age group. All ages can enjoy Danny Phantom. I know, I watch it all the time with my parents. I know you're probably all stressed out trying to get non-cartoon shows for the 'older' audiences, but you're making a mistake. In non-cartoon shows you can only get a real connection with people 1 or 2 years age difference from the actors. With cartoons, more than a few people can enjoy it. Actors age, cartoons are forever. Please, keep Danny Phantom going. If not for me than for the thousands of fans out there. Please, save Danny!

Danny Phantom is a great show, with such and original plot, a great storyline thats open to so many possiblities, appealing to a hugely ranged age group, and a hero to tons and tons of kids out there. Cancelling this show is a huge mistake.
