I'm new to the series and apparently the news of the cancellation has been with fans for a year now. Seeing this overwhealming responce to the cancellation, I don't understand why theys still want to cancel it. I hope they come to their senses soon. This series is far too good and still has so much left to give.

Many people will stop watching Nickelodeon a whole lot more if you cancel a lot of shows. Danny Phantom and Fairly Odd Parents will soon become extinct like the dinosaurs.

I always wanted to be an astronaut, and people thought I was crazy. But then as soon as DP came out, I rubbed it in their faces...It was sooooooooooo awesome!!!!! :]
anyway, i think it's cute how these kids are stepping out and pushing away their pride for the sake of a TV show by saying, "I love DP and I'm not afraid to say it!!!" Also I think it's cute Velvet how your son goes around the house saying "Going Ghost." This only supports what I said about it appealing to more than 1 age group...

If you just throw Danny out onthe streets,he'll never survive, esp the fact that he would be an outcast. No one wants to be an outcast. And besides, I don't think David Kaufman would like that too much.
Danny needs to stay around. Obviously alot of people care about it, and if you get rid of the show they like, you'll lose alot of viewers...it's common logic.
is it me or does Nick have a habit of getting rid of all the good shows? they keep some but cut the better shows like Invader Zim. I've heard rumors they're trying to get rid of Fairly Odd Parents too. does nick just not like Butch hartman... thats no legitimate reason. im 15 and i love Danny phantom. hell even my whole family does (and I'm the youngest) if you cancel Danny phantom i stop watching Nick. i know one person does not matter but think of how many other people share my view, ratings will plummet

It's not often you can find a good cartoon in these days where they're generally fifteen-minute things with lots of vaguely entertaining jokes, but Danny Phantom rises above the rest. The show has morals, humor, and heart. The characters are believable and the story appeals to many many ages (as opposed to Spongebob and others that really only appeal to young children). Please don't destroy one of the few good shows left!
Don't Cancel Danny Phantom, my son loves that show and I enjoy watching it. It's fun when he runs around "Going Ghost" all day after watching it. It's an amazing show.

Danny is an awesome show for kids ranging from 8 all the way to adult and over. sure it shows violence, but at the end, it shows a moral. kids learn from that moral in every Danny Phantom show + FOP. (i'm more concerned about Danny, though :)) anyway, i love DP very much, and i get really excited when he's finally on. + I've been getting real confused with all the different time zones on there for Danny. Danny needs a Danny Time on there.
we kids need Danny Phantom in our lives.
1:he's hot.
2: he teaches kids the responsibilaty (i hope i spelled that right) of their actions.

You see, Danny Phantom had a HUGE impact on me and my life. He helped me through one of the most times of my life. I had a witch of a teacher in elem. school, and watching Danny Phantom the second time, made me begin crushing on him. Totally. anyway, I really need him now because i'm only in Middle, and my life is in ruins. I LOVE Danny litterally, and if I hdon't have that anymore, I'll actually go bonkers. Danny will just become one of those missing shows on Nick. Like "Are You Afriad of the Dark?" Where is that anymore? So I just need Danny in my life right now. Thank you.

I ask that you do not cancel Danny Phantom, it was one of the shows that made me even watch Nick. It is the only show I know of that is based on a teen, a teen ghost super hero really. It is helpful to see cartoons now a days based on things teen going through the same things, but for the parts with the ghosts. The ghost are extra icing on the cake :3

I love this show. It's the only cartoon on the air that portrays (as much as possible) real teenagers. Then there's the sci-fi element of ghosts that make it even better. And its original angle (ghosts aren't dead people, they're creatures from another dimension, and by mixing ghost DNA and human DNA you get a half-ghost half-kid: Danny Fenton/Phantom) just adds to the believability. I'm not even sure why Nick is even considering canceling its best show... but I hope they reconsider. For the sake of the millions of Danny Phantom fans out there (myself included).

no! they cant only just make 53 episodes thats not fair they must continue making eppisodes of the best show ever DANNY PHANTOM. i love danny he is awsome and iv'e only started liking this show in late september and already the're not making any more episodes. i need more danny it's driving me crazy that i still havn't seen urban jungle i wanna see it sooooooooo bad but i only got the YTV channel and they never aired it yet. the show is awsome and funny, i cant help myself...i laugh durring every eppisode even the eppisodes iv'e seen over a douzen times. and the funnest eppisodes are the ones with vlad in them. i cant help it he's really funny. i mean, just his facial expressions are a laugh riot. just thinking about it makes me laugh. but thats not the point the point is that my commment is way too long and iv'e made spelling errors

This show cannot be dis continued!!! It is the best cartoon ever. The story lines are fantastic and the animation is brill. Butch Hartman should be able to continue to create this masterpiece of a cartoon!!!!!!!!!!!
