They just played Eddie Veder and New Order. Even the music is better(not some bogan or big brother song) when Get this is on. The kinda music that made MMM. BAH! Dumbasses. Any wonder people dislike their boss. We'll take what where given will we? Not likely. Get this is awesome. Leave it on. Alternatively, other stations...you listening?
I was going to keep my archive of 100 recorded epsidoes of this show to myself, but now... F**k it! I'm going to post them all online so we can enjoy Get This forever! All uncut and complete with the sketches they couldn't put on the podcasts!
Where else am I going to get references to obscure HBO TV shows and quotes from Rex Hunt? Where else will I get broken Ed Kavalee promises and and countless sketches containing the phrase 'Oo me plumbs'? DAMN YOU TRIPLE M!

The news of the 'Get This' demise was like a swift boot to the plums. Can't wait until Tony Martin gets picked up by another station. I won't have to listen to MMM's crap music any more.

I do believe we may explain this through psychoanalysis. Remove Mr Martin, the station then loses ratings, the company ends, and the management get cuddles from their mothers.
I abandoned MMM for everything else, there are too many ads and the music is repetetive, the cage and will and lemo aren't funny anymore. Get this is the only credible and worthwhiole thing this radio station has to offer, to stop it would be a travesty.
MMM have gone crazy. I came back to the m's to listen to tony and I'll be promptly leaving along with the crew. I was in London the other day and was talking to some business man who was also a listener of Get This and bewildered with MMMs tired old 80s management.. he gave me his business card too, location, the Netherlands. Dizzy stuff indeed folks.
I will not be listening to TripleM after this. I know this probably doesn't concern those running the station, because we're expected to be grateful plebs and accept any old crap that they feel like broadcasting. Very dissapointing.
This cannot be allowed to happen. Everyone else on triple M is a joke, get this is what the people want, the only thing on this crap station that is worth listening to
This is the one piece of media (radio or otherwise) that I go out of my way to experience. I also have loyalty to products that sponsor them. Be it the Navara, Slate bourbon or the Mercedes Vito.
How can they do this? The only reason why I don't listen everyday is because of work. Put them in drive and it would rate its socks off. 'Dill and Lamo' suck arse! Never again will I listen to not just Triple M but any Austereo station!
Very dissapointing to hear the show is being axed - ultimately TripleM's loss. Talent like this will be snapped up elsewhere, but I'm quickly running out of reasons to continue listening to this station. Make way for more boring presenters and Nickleback repeats.
One of the best shows on radio and highest rating for Triple M and they give it the flick.The Programme directors should get a job at the ABC or 2LT Lithgow for that insightful bit of decision making.Tony
