Please please think carefully about the cast that you choose! So many fans have been dreaming of this film, and it sounds more like Teen Titans than JLA.
Think about it long and hard george before you rush into this movie. get the right people and story for JLA. the JLA movie is meant to be one of the best movies of all time. so make it right and don't get stupid little brats to play the parts. if you can't get the right people then WAIT TO MAKE THE MOVIE until lchristain bale can play batman. and get the right people for everyone else!!!!!!!!!

The age group of people who will pay money to see this movie visualize these heroes as adults. If you want to make a movie full of 16-25 year old actors make a Teen Titans movie. The Justice League never had a roster of kids. These heroes had teen sidekicks when the League was formed.
Please do NOT consider the current list of actors for this movie. Common? My lord, no. Please. You're going to have to respect this film, and that means correct casting, or you're going to have something that might as well have been made by Uwe Boll.
i agree that you should have these three heroes in the movie . but you should add one more hero to the cast , someone like : aquaman or martian manhunter or flash or green arrow or green lantern or hawkman or hawk girl
the justice leage movie needs numerous changes. first of john stewart should not be green lantern, hal jordan should be. the casting news is attrocious. get christian bale and brandon routh do do it. plus the ideal league is obviously superman, batman, woner woman, flash, green lantern, martian manhunter, and plastic man. or aquaman but i am not a fan.
tom welling or brandon routh for superman, bale as batman. And hal jordan for green lantern. These are the three most important character keys for this movie. batman and superman finally have good actors playing their roles. The doesnt need to be a repeat of superman 3 and 4 or batman 3 and 4. You have brilliant actors doing the roles that want in, you could not ask for a better solution to those characters, good actors that want it. And hal jordan is THE GREEN LANTERN. Please do it right by the characters and the actors that have put so much of themselves into the characters already.

Under the current climate it is easy to see why you would be pressured to make a film that is less then it could and should be. This would be a waste monetarily and artistically. Your audience will wait and thank you for being cautious with JLA. In Routh you have superman. Bale’s posturing about JLA is absolutely why he should reprise in JLA, only the right Batman would be apprehensive. Other suggestions: Flash=Ryan Reynolds. As for Wonder Women you will always have trouble casting her because most people don’t understand the yes complex, but truly feminist origins of her creation, that being said Catherine Mcphee may be able to pull it off.
We know who it should be (superman = tom welling, batman = Christian Bale or Dominic Purcell or clive owen, Martian man hunter = Wentworth Miller, Flash = Ryan Reynolds or Owen Wilson, Wonder woman = Angelina Jolie or Catherine Zeta-jones , Aquaman = Daniel Craig or Kiefer Sutherland, and Green Lantern = Roger Cross or Roger Cross.

I want a good Justice League movie! I think that it's important enough to wait or renegotiate Christian Bale's contract for him to play Batman in the movie. I Feel that Michael Jai White would make a ten times better GL than Common, Wonder Woman should be an unknown, and as far as Superman, Aquaman, and Jonn Jonzz, use the cast form Smallville and use Ryan Reynolds as the Flash.
people look up to superheroes and love the way they are now. listen to the critics. to make a movie like this a big hit you need to listen to the people who will be watching these movies. if you put in an amazing cast like tom welling, ryan renolds, etc, the movie will be amazing. we the audience know better than anyone who should play who. put in actors that will never make us forget the justice league
Bring Brandon Routh and Christian Bale onboard. It would be really cool to have continuity between superheros movies. Marvel never done it, so DC would be the first. Think about it. It's too easy to screw up a good opportunity.
X3 and Spidey 3 have already started the potential downfall of overcooked comic movies. An O.C. lead cast of JLA wil crush it worse than Joel Schumaker crushed... well you know.
Don't cast this movie as if you were casting a WB / UPN / CW version of Justice League, to try to get the tweens and teens in the theater seats. That's what the Teen Titans movie is for. Justice League is supposed to be older, established heroes who have gotten to the point where they realize they may be able to accomplish a lot more than they have if they band together. And, if you don't get Brandon Routh as Superman and Christian Bale as Batman you're admitting that the serious actors who have worked on these characters don't care about this film, so why should the fans? Don't screw it up! It could be great. ALSO: how about Guy Pearce as Green Lantern? He'd be fantastic!
Please don't mess this up with poor casting. Do WHATEVER you can to get Welling and Bale in this movie. This could be as big of a blockbuster as anything WB an DC have had in the past. Alot of the fans grew up watching the justice league and want to see a great finished product.
Please, for God's sake, don't mess this up! A mature and experienced cast in their 30s will amke for a better selection than the teenagers playing adults cast you're amassing. A good Superman should either be Tom Welling or Brandon Routh, Batman should of course be Christian Bale, and maybe that British chick that plays the Bionic Woman.
The only character that should be played by a younger actor is the Flash. The rest of the charactrs are wise and experienced. Let's not give Jessica Alba or Biel or anyone else that young a chance to ruin what could be epic. Good actors only, please! I'm talking about Clive Owen, Jack Nicholson, Julia Roberts... Obviously these people would be rediculous in the roles, but at least match their talent! Please!
One of two people should be Batman. If they are concerned with portraying a younger Batman then bring back Keaton. I think the persona Keaton portrays fits better with the Infinite Crisis type storyline. If not Then keep Bale. Wonder Woman- Baccarin would fit perfectly. Superman- Routh. Green Lantern- David Boreanaz no doubt. The Flash- Ryan Reynolds. Martian Manhunter- Fishburne.
It shouldn't be made about having something more ethicly marketable. Hal Jordan will always win out over J. Stewart. Hands down. He has the mostgoing for his character, there needs to be a father figure type somewhere among them.
